Racist remarks do not belong in a civilised public place.
If I were to remark on someone being a " black so & so " I would expect to be penailised & deservedly so.

A black person calling someone a " white so & so " has not committed a crime in the U.K. ( FACT ) 1st hand experience involving police officers - is this affimative action justified for years of racial intolerance that " ethnic's " have had to suffer at the hands of WHITES...?

Double standards such as you describe feed recism. They feed the racist agenda. Until the law sees everyone as the same and identical under the law regardless of race, religeon, gender, gnder preferance etc there will always be problems for the politicians to take advantage of.

This levle of equality must also include that not groupd recieve special rights or privleges or suffer greater penalties due to their birth. (We do not control our gender, race, ethnic origin etc)

To use anyones colour to undermine IS a crime!

Those Police Officers were wrong if they told you differently.

In 2002, 10% of the Commision for Racial Equalities case load was representing the white indiginous population. The black and ethnic minority population at the time was just 8% and so proportionately, the CRE was affording more time to white people than any other group!

There is much misunderstanding about race and equality issues in the UK. We all have a right to exactly the same amount of respect, tolerance and dignity.

No it's not 'cause you is white (sic). British law applies equally to all those living here, irrespective of race. Interesting that you say, "A black person calling someone a
"white so & so " has not committed a crime in the U.K. (FACT ) 1st hand experience involving police officers". Really? But you fail to provide any support for your claim.

The British National Party set up 'FAIR', Families Against Immigrant Racism and delivered 12, 000 leaflets to residents of the East End. They certainly believed that White victims of 'race hate' were the victims of a crime. Here's a full account of the BBC investigation and some of the interesting methods the BNP used:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/static/in_depth/programmes/2001/bnp_special/activities/fair.stm

And just for those from across the pond, a link to a Fox news article where a White man won his lawsuit in which he claimed he was the victim of racism:

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,294243,00.html

Facts are always useful in dispelling myth, hyperbole and lies. When you post from this account or one of your other multiple accounts attempting to stir up racial hatred, it is best to remember that.

No. The author of a "racist" remark deserves a penalty irrespective of their race. Unfortunately, the current craziness dictates that only whites are capable of "racist" remarks.

Tough and complicated one that. I just don't get the whole N word thing - why is it ok for one and not the other? Surely if you know the person well enough then it shouldn't make a difference if the N word is used no matter what their ethinicity.
