to say that they have constitutional rights. Just like elvira arellano and the illegals who protest say that it is their right to do so. They are not citizens therefor they have no rights, right?

The REVOLUTION WAS NOT TELEVISED UNTIL NOW! They Got their nerve from None other than the sneaky Corporations that have No loyalty to the United States, the ACLU and the Labor Unions that have sold America out. Congress and Senate are answering to some unknown entity that is overriding any legislation to stop it! They were NOT elected by the People of the United States and are taking advantage of Every Civil right and Liberty we have! It is in violation of the United States constitution. Mexico Knew about the Emergency Banking Act of March 9th, 1933, 48 STAT.1, Public Law 89-719 and took advantage of Americans! It was signed into Law by Congress on June 5th 1933 by the 73rd Congress. These laws are similar to what they have in the EU and they foundout that they are getting their old dictators back! Not such a great idea.

Remember the Boston Tea Party No Taxation without Representation of Americans! Ever wonder Why they are disarming law Abiding Americans?

Employees are entitled to employee rights (per California Supreme Court decision)

The constitution does not specify citizens. Therefore, it is interpreted that within the borders of the US..... No where in the constitution does it say "citizens" or clarify the situation. Therefore, the constitution is seen as defining the people within the geographic limits of the US. It is literally a "law of the land"

Okay, for one thing a constitutional right is completely different than a HUMAN right. How exactly do you think we all got here anyway? Do you think we just grew right out of this very soil? No, we all come from a long line of "illegal" immigrants but I guess now that you are in the system because of your ancestors risking their life to give you a better one you turn your back on the entire idea. You better hope that one day they don't trace us all back to where we and our familys originated because we are all going to get kicked out of here as well.

If you are illegal then you do not have a right to be here or to all that legals have. But they do have a right to be treated like humans that have committed or broken the law. Our laws are being blatantly broken and the illegals get reward for doing so by giving them their visas. I think if you break the law you shouldn't even be considered or given the possibility of even getting to live here. If you do it like all the other people who petition for their visas and get them legally then you have rights, why should the illegals by pass all the ones that are waiting for their visas?

so what? If they sneak in and end up in our prison system for other crimes they are better off. They are fed ,clothed and educated . They would never get those things at home. Talk to correctional officers about those issues. they have schools in prison that teach them english and often a trade. If we deport them they just come back. I do not believe the fence will settle the problem. Work programs are ok if noone else is willing to take the job.

Plyer vs Doe (1982) grants them "jurisdiction" and hence, rights.

Especially 14th Amendment citizenship to the children born here.

They don't have nerve! They are cowards who sneak into our nation rather than fix their own! The only right they have as far as I'm concerned is the right to be deported!
