12. Establish an interest-bearing $500 U.S. savings account for every baby born in the United States, which cannot legally be used for anything other than medical emergencies or education until the child reaches the age of 25;
11. Revise the Social Security insurance system so that no one can collect Social Security unless they can prove they are indigent, destitute and really need it for basic survival. There is NO need for anyone with even a modicum of net worth to be allowed to collect a Social Security check so they can drive luxury cars, own multiple homes, and take exotic cruises on government money;
10. Attend to the serious infrastructure problems in this country, repairing and improving bridges, rail systems, and highways;
9. Work with all other nations on Earth to resolve the environmental issues threatening this world;
8. Establish firm term limits for all elected officials of no more than two consecutive terms in office;
7. Disband the Republican and Democratic parties so that voters can actually have 'real' choices during elections instead of having to choose between the 'lesser of two evils' put up by a monopolistic, corrupt two-party system;
6. Pass a Constitutional amendment forcing the government to maintain a budget surplus, and requiring absolutely NO federal deficit at any time for any reason other than a war Constitutionally declared by Congress;
5. Pass campaign finance reform laws that allow no campaign contributions to any specific candidates, and no contributions by wealthy elitists or corporate entities, so that all contributions come from private citizens and are distributed equally among all qualified candidates;
4. Take away all Congressional salaries, pensions, health and medical care, and perquisites or privileges so that members of Congress can come back to being public servants instead of privileged royalty. No member of Congress shall earn more than a buck private in the U.S. military, who risks his life for his country;
3. Any member of Congress, judge, or elected or appointed official in the executive branch of government will be subjected to heavy fines, jail sentences, and immediate dismissal without pay if (s)he is found guilty of any crime other than a misdemeanor;
2. Establish and publish an "annual report to the people" just as any corporation provides an annual report to its stockholders - and eliminating all corporate welfare, lobbyists, special interest groups, PACS, 'pork spending' and 'earmarks' from all Congressional legislation;
1. Return to a true democracy where all citizens can vote on all matters of governance, including (especially) those matters of 'war' or government spending. If we can afford TRILLIONS of dollars in runaway 'war' spending, we can afford a few hundred billion to help the citizens of this nation who are disabled, disadvantaged, underprivileged, unemployed, elderly, sick, hungry or homeless.

First no government aid to people who do not have at least a GED. If a person decides to have more kids then he or she can afford the government would help the first child only if the parents (both who made the child) gets spayed or neutered. Just stop helping the people who are not wanting to help the government. Focus more on this government then others.

Spending money should be brought to the people to vote on. They spend our money so foolishly and I'm getting fed up with it. They think its theirs and spend how they think is best, but its not theirs and it should be spent in our(peoples) best intrest. Look up all they government people even Senators and House Reps and see how many bounce their own checks and mismanage their own money, you'd be amazed how messed up all our goverment people are, including state & city officals. You'd be surprised at what you find in their backgrounds they don't want made public. So thats what I want to see changed, let us (people) decide on what, when and where to spend the money (taxes). I just heard farmers are getting billions of dollars and they don't even plant a seed. Even dead farmers are still getting money!! I just heard about this, so I want to look more into this. So this is just another reason to take the money out of the government hands, their spending has gotten out of hand, and this is why america is trillions of dollars in debt.
