Watching pornography on Internet in India is not illegal act & is not punishable offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000. But under section section 67 of the Act transmiting or publishing the pornogrphic contents to others can put you in trouble. Section 67 provides Publishing of information which is obscene in electronic form. - Whoever publishes or transmits or causes to be published in the electronic form, any material which is lascivious or appeal to the prurient interest or if its effect is such as to tend to deprave and corrupt persons who are likely, having regard to all relevant circumstances, to read, see or hear the matter contained or embodied in it, shall be punished on first conviction with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to five years and with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees and in the event of a second or subsequent conviction with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years and also with fine which may extend to two lakh rupees.

If you are an adult viewing, downloding, browsing, and storing ****. it is legal in india, under IPC and IT ACT however remember four points.
1) You cannot do it at any public place eg cyber cafe, in car etc, you could do it only at your home, room.
2) You can store and keep **** in your mobile or laptop etc, it is absolutely legal.
3) Accessing any kind of child pornography is absolutely illegal and strongly punishable.
4) Do not send **** clips, movies, jokes etc to your friends or new persons, as distributing **** is illegal in
india. That means no whatts app, msg or emails etc.
Moral of the story... keep **** in your mobile that s ok but dont watch in groups... Never ever even try to access child pornography, forget about storing.. it is highly illegal. And avoid forwarding, sending **** data it is illegal to distribute **** in india.
Dont stare, scan, oogle girls better watch **** and let everyone be happy the way they live, including you.

not illegal in the privacy of home. But as other people have mentioned do ur parents approve it. If u are not living with ur parents and are an adult, happy viewing.

If you do so at home it is not illegal as long as you dont involve other people in it. But if other people become involved they can complain against you.
