we have been married for 2 years now and she calls him daddy and knows him as that.
If i was to die, would she legally be allowed to stay with him if the adoption is not through yet?
or would she go to my parents or what would happen?

Harlow, the former CIA spokesman, said in an interview yesterday that he testified last year before a grand jury about conversations he had with Novak at least three days before the column was published. He said he warned Novak, in the strongest terms he was permitted to use without revealing classified information, that Wilson's wife had not authorized the mission and that if he did write about it, her name should not be revealed.

Harlow said that after Novak's call, he checked Plame's status and confirmed that she was an undercover operative. He said he called Novak back to repeat that the story Novak had related to him was wrong and that Plame's name should not be used. But he did not tell Novak directly that she was undercover because that was classified.

Let us examine the people involved in the recent Sen.Craig scandal.
On the one hand, you have a Senator who recognizes that Homosexuality is a perversion and that marriage is too important to the nation to turn it into an endorsement of perverted sex without responsibility. However, the guy, apparently, is seized with homosexual tendencies and gives into this perversion from time to time.
On the other hand, you have a whole bunch of other people, who believe that if it feels good do it. These people think that homosexuality is perfectly normal, in fact, they think a whole bunch of weird stuff is perfectly normal.
Now, which is the greater danger to the country? A weak person who knows right from wrong, or those that NO sense of anything being wrong? Except, of course, defending your country, honoring your flag, or worshiping God and his Son.

Or do they suffer from selective support syndrome?

During the 90s, wasn't the GOP and Limbaugh types on a mission to destroy the president at any cost? Didn't they harp more on the Clintons then they did on Bin Laden?

BTW I agree whole heartily with Clinton's impeachment. He earned it. Don't agree with the $66 million spent that led up to it.

Demonstrations and marches in Washington D.C. and around the country to protest the war in Iraq, The WTO, environmental policies, gay rights, and other causes are becoming at least as common now as they were in the 1960s. The right to assembly and free speech are basic liberties granted in our constitution. But I'm curious about whether all of you out there feel that this type of civil action (I am only refering to peaceful demonstrations not violent ones) has any ability to affect either how our legislators vote or public discourse and opinion.

I really have to wonder why it is every time a Republican is exposed
as a liar, crook, or sexual deviant, they are run out on a rail.
Don't get me wrong, I think that is what should happen. But have you
ever noticed that when it is a democrat, they just seem to stay
around. Let's look at some of the evidence. Barney Franks is caught
up in a sexual prostitution ring ran from his house. He goes on to
serve many more years and retires from Congress. William "Cold Cash"
Jefferson is caught with $50,000 in his freezer. He is still in
Congress. Cynthia Mckinney assults a police officer. She continues
to serve until she loses re-election. John Murtha is neck deep in
Abscam while serving on the ethics committee. This happened 20+
years ago and he is still in Congress. Ted Kennedy leaves a woman to
die after being drunk and wrecking his car. Still serving in
Congress. Robert Byrd is exposed as a former recruiter for one of
the most violent chapters of the KKK. Yep, you guessed it, still
there. The list goes on and on. I am wondering why the democrats
refuse to get rid of these people. I ask you to name a Democrat that
was run out of Washington for his bad behavoir. I can name several
Republicans. Look what happened to Trent Lott. Does anybody else
see the double standard here? Again, don't get me wrong, I want the
bad apples out. I just don't understand why the Democrats don't do
the same thing.

Also, would you agree that they too, are opposite sides of the extreme agenda coin?

BTW I used to enjoy Limbaugh until "I hate Clinton" became the daily topic. Also, Limbaugh once agreed that slaves were not mistreated because they were a valued commodity to their owners. I had him on my car radio when he agreed with a caller and expounded on that.

Hi, I read this story today:

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/rtrs/20070831/tuk-uk-britain-stoning-fa6b408_2.html

"Boys killed a father as he played cricket", in the report it says nothing of what happened to these murderous little kids, in other reports of youths killing people its the same, they never say what happens...

I want to know if these little sh*ts get in any real trouble, what happens, will they go to prison when they turn 18?

I mean for f*k sake, you can't just give them a smack on the wrist and tell them not to do it again...

Scooter Libby was never accused of leaking
He never confessed any leaking
He wasn't convicted of leaking
-
Dick Armitage admitted to being the source of Plame's name.
Armitage was never prosecuted
-
Why is that?
Could it be Plame wasn't covert, therefore talking about her as a CIA employee was not a crime?
-
Fitzgerald spent a lot of time and money investigating this issue. The person who did what democrats tell is a leak of classified info has admitted it, and yet was not prosecuted for anything. What is a rational person to conclude from this?

What are judgments you have made this week? For each judgment, make a comment about the value that led to this judgment and name a possible consequence. (Example: “That red dress is perfect for the party.” Value: Red looks good on me and is festive. Consequence: I bought the dress. OR “Janice is irritating; she drives me nuts.” Value: Her behavior conflicts with something I feel is important. Consequence: I avoid her.)
