receive in Mexico. Can he be placed in a school that is run by Americans and the tuition be billed to the USA. I know some are tired of the story, but there are a lot of unanswered questions and I would like to know how much her son will bill to the tax payer. I know that he is a USA citizen and is entitled to be treated the same of others, but I want to know how much.

I live way out in the sticks w/no neighbors in site. Over the last few days I've been wondering if some dreg has been stealing my mail. Then yesterday I saw it being delivered and figured I'd take the important stuff and leave the junk mail. Sure enough, it was gone this morning.

I'd like to hide in the bushes and sniper the thief with my .223, but that would get me in a heap of trouble. I don't think it's legal to shoot people for stealing mail, even if they are worthless meth-heads.

Anyone have a low-tech, legal idea on how to teach these pricks a lesson or catch them in the act that doesn't involve hiding in the bushes for hours on end?

Thanks for your time and consideration.

Right to abortion

Right to be gay in peoples lives?

I'm not going to make a big thing about this, I think abortion is murder but agree with Barry Goldwater that government can't make these decisions,

You Republicans remember Barry Goldwater? I suppose you can disagree with him.

And regarding gays, who cares if two gay men want to get married, how is that an affront on heterosexual marriage in america, the sky won't fall republicans, heterosexual marriage is filled with adultery and divorce, its not like its really all that "sanctity" currently, gay marriage won't destroy your heterosexual marriages

I'll explain...you get divorced and you get the costudy of your kids but you want to go to live in another state, and your ex demands you to stay so he can visit his kids(supervised), because he can't travel a long distance to see the kids because of his job...can he obligue me to stay using a legal resource?..note:. he gets supervised visitation because of mental disorder(not severe)(and overdose of xanax) and drug use(not enough to be considered dangerous but just needs to be supervised during visitation)...can he demand me to stay?

Some will think this is a dumb question, but I don't know what I should do...

My husband's going to be home on leave from Iraq in a couple days (after being gone eight months) and I'm picking him up at the airport. We have a six week old daugter he'll be seeing for the first time. My question: should I hold her in my arms when we first see him, or should I hug him first? I don't want to hold and hug at the same time...its too akward and I wouldn't be able to hug him like I want. Thanks for your input!

If one truly is pro-choice, and believes in big gov't and universal healthcare, how can they influence society to respect these views or even accept them? Any suggestions besides running for office? Which career is best? Journalism/media, law, finance, politics, non-profit, education? How may one influence society the most? Thanks.

There never seems to be any soldiers in Iraq that carry sidearms in conjunction with their primary weapon. Why not? You would think it makes sense to have one in case of weapon jam, zero ammunition or loss of weapon. Cost cannot be the reason for this.

I participated in an intervention today with for a single mother who has a 2-year old son. She lives at home with her parents. This single mother refused help for her addiction, and her parents want to kick her out as a consequence. Yet, they do not want the mother to flee with the child, which would put the child in danger. They want to keep the child in their safe hands. Without any hard evidence, can the single mother's parents file for temporary custody of their grandson? If not, what evidence would they need in order to successfully obtain custody of their grandson who is in danger when the mother is in her addiction?

Some believe the scope of the first amendment doesnt go beyond the governement, however, I believe nobody can create laws or "terms" that contradict Constitutional law, therefore if a company like Yahoo kicks you out of their "home", ie. their site for posting something , you should hve the right to sue for taking away your Constitutional right.

Sometimes when the border patrol stops illegals from coming into the USA, their buddies throw rocks at the border patrol. The border patrol shows great restraint and do not use force against these people, who could potentially cause bodily harm to the officers.

in what the pro-illegals have to say about this one..in a national paper today a judge refused to deport an asylum seeker on account of the fact he cannot be stopped from returning to the UK-his crime: he raped and beat a woman (english) so severly she thought she was going to die!! he also seriously attacked a policeman coming to her aid. next time you tell us how "racist" we are-perhaps you might like to ask this young woman her views on the subject of illegal immigrants.

The Ministry of Defence has played down criticism of US post-war policy in Iraq by the former head of the British army.
In a Daily Telegraph interview, Gen Sir Mike Jackson, chief of general staff during the 2003 invasion, attacked the policy as "intellectually bankrupt".

Doesn't this tell us how pathetic, wrong and frankly TREASONOUS this administration has been to our troops?

This guy is the equivalent to Colin Powell, and he should know.
