My school's policy states that if someone was to walk up to you and attack you, you must either take the beating no matter how severe and not ge suspended or defend yourself and get 10 days suspension. Does it make sense to not defend yourself when someone is hitting you? Wouldn't you fight back to save yourself. I just want to know because in my school, that's how alt of people get suspended.

Ok, without even going into the justification of invading Iraq, how many of you are scratching your heads about supporters of Bush’s Iraq invasion? Think about it, we went in and b itch slapped Sadams forces (duh) but this administration doesn’t seem to have even the most basic plan for what to do after that. Every bad decision that could have been made WAS made. This incompetent (a nice word for them) administration has created the perfect petri dish for creating insurgency and terrorism. They just didn’t have a clue about what to do after the military action was over. It just beggars belief how anyone could trust this group of meatheads to make anything even slightly resembling a competent decision about what to do about Iraq. Why o why do some of you continue to support this crumbling kabal?

I mean, it seems to me that the only ones that are ever even nominated are polititians from the Hill, and they rose to power through deceit and god knows how many horrid scandals. It seems to me that with this system, we just pick the lesser of two evils. What do you think?

Just notice, we don't have everyone on the "it's a private matter" talking points.

If he had $90,000 in his fridge, we'd have him resign too.

this is a little ...bear with me.

I was terminated for not meeting sales objectives.

I ended up getting unemployment benefits with no penalty(did not have to wait 6 weeks for the checks)

Where i live you can get yourunemployment extended for 6 months if your going to school for an occupation in high demand. (nj) I'm going to school for nursing.

the kicker is... your could have been fired from your last job.

I am now appealing the decision not to extend my unemployment. Do you think I have a chance???????

My counselor said I might because i didn't have the 6 week penalty. when had the phone interview i told the truth. i worked for verizon (landline) and customers were calling to complain not to upgrage their services. I couln't make people add a three year contract if their phone did't work. i really tried my best.

she said that my account allows for up to $500 in transactions A DAY even if there's not any money in my account, if I purchase things with my bank card.

Why do banks allow people to do this, because if you don't have the money to cover the transactions you're screwed. I always thought if you didn't have enough funds in your account and you used a bank card the transaction would get rejected, like what happens with a credit card?

The criminal Iraqis who work with the Iranian revolutionary guards (al Quds forces) are toys under Persian control. Iranian revolutionary guards are interfering in Iraq's affairs while Iraqis are dying," and, right: "Al Quds forces are using violence to increase Iranian interests and enforce its control on Iraq".
These words brought to you by your tax dollars along with the indirect responsibility for the deaths of untold thousands of innocent Iraqis mainly women and children from “collateral damage” and “isolated”? Acts of terror committed by our soldiers. We are now spending money on leaflets trying to shift blame to Iran as part or our campaign of conquest in the Mid-East. US caused the deaths of 1800 Iraqi’s this month alone (the predictable result of destroying infrastructure is chaos and political opportunism for all seeking power within and without the invaded country) thus we unleashed the forces that are destroying Iraq from within and without.

After 2 years and 110 Billion in federal money and untold Billions collected by private people we still have those lazy, worthless people in New Orleans asking for more money & more credit cards. 1000's are still living in government trailers that are probably 10X better than the getto they used to live in.
Of course the number 1# problem in those trailers is DRUGS!

Isn't time we cut these Free-loading losers off...can we now stop them from taking advantage of the people who WORK everyday and play by the rules?

is it time?..........if not now when?........50 years from now?

I never supported the invasion of Iraq. But, I do not support withdrawal of troops without establishing some level of law and order in Iraq.
Bush's policies are not working. He is relying too heavily on military muscle and omitting diplomatic arm twisting among neighboring countries to settle the region. Iraq clearly cannot be unified under one democratic government, as Bush has stubbornly envisioned.
Does any other candidate offer a solution that does not leave a power void within the borders of the former Iraq? Is there no hope of peaceful closure or will one blunder just follow another in Iraq?
