I have a restraining order in effect, which makes it illegal for me to contact my ex; however, I am sueing her in small claims court and the laws of small claims court REQUIRE me to contact her. I am unable to write up a document and give it to law enforcement to properly serve because her only address on file is a PO BOX.

So in this case, which law is stronger? Am I allowed to send her correspondance related to the court trial or not?

she then (being of asian dessent) returned to her country for 6 weeks and on returning a few weeks after that decided to drop passed the shop to tell us she no longer wanted the items. My friend told her she was not entitled to have her deposit back as he had her items in storeage for all that time. The items came to £300 and she deposited £80. He has a sign stating deposits are unrefundable and also non-transferrable. Understandably she was very upset and cursed my friends 2 year old son to which my friend told her to go away in no uncertain terms. Who stands where legally?

How is it that we have managed to add 9 million new jobs in this country since August 2003? You would think that with 9/11 and Katrina the USA economy would be in bad shape.

My dad says that Bush's tax cuts for working people have pumped much needed revenue into the treasury to ease the pain. He also says that Bush's tax cuts for working people are paying my college tuition with no need for loans.

Thanks GWB!

her fathers house due to neglect and drugs. He and his wife tested possitive for meth and admitted to cooking it in the house with my daughter home!! His wife was 5mths pregnant at the time!!! I went to court and got new custody papers, the papers state that untill CPS gives me, (it specifically states my name) written notice her father may only have supervised visation. Well on October 11, 2005 CPS sent me a letter stating that due to their non-corroperation CPS was closing the case and that her father should not ever recieve unsupervised visitation. Last year he picked her up from school, (they have copies of all the paper work!!) the police went and got her. All summer long he has tried to go places where she was and take her. The police were called everytime and he was unsuccesful. Well yesterday he picked her up from school again, the police in his town have let him keep her this time because they say the CPS case is closed. I feel hopeless, what do I do? I can't pay for a lawyer

A woman where I used to work is giving me a bad reference. I was her boss. She didn't like me because she was passed over for the position for which I was hired. I have third party recordings of the defamation. Should I write the owner of the business, siting possible future legal action and ask him to control the situation? Or should I go back to the lawyer's office and file a lawsuit? I really don't want to get into a legal battle, but I do have basis for a case. I basically just want my good name to stay intact and not be at the mercy of a revengeful shrew. This woman was publically reprimanded on several occassions for poor behavior and has done such things as provide false social security numbers on federal tax papers. She is in HR, but has no say in hiring, firing or reviews. She tells future employers I did my work and showed up consistantly, but then she goes into a litany of how she felt alienated and other non work issues. I was never reprimanded for anything on the job.

14 Reasons to deport illegal aliens

Hope these 14 reasons are forwarded over and over again until they are read by the majority of Americans. Then they will have something to yell at their U.S. Congressmembers.

14 Reasons to Deport Illegal Aliens...

1. $11 Billion to $22 billion is spent on welfare to illegal aliens each year. http://...com/zob77

2. $2.2 Billion dollars a year is spent on food assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches for illegal aliens. http://www.cis.org/articles/2004/fiscalexec.html

3. $2.5 Billion dollars a year is spent on Medicaid for illegal aliens. http://www.cis.org/articles/2004/fiscalexec.html

4. $12 Billion dollars a year is spent on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally and they cannot speak a word of English! http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0604/01/ldt.01.html

5. $17 Billion dollars a year is spent for education for the American-born children of illegal aliens, known as anchor babies. http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0604/01/ldt.01.html

6. $3 Million Dollars a DAY is spent to incarcerate illegal aliens. http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0604/01/ldt.01.html

7. 30% percent of all Federal Prison inmates are illegal aliens. http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0604/01/ldt.01.html

8. $90 Billion Dollars a year is spent on illegal aliens for
Welfare & social services by the American taxpayers. http://premium.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0610/29/ldt.01.html

9. $200 Billion Dollars a year in suppressed American
wages are caused by the illegal aliens. http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0604/01/ldt.01.html

10. The illegal aliens in the United States have a crime rate that's two and a half times that of white non-illegal aliens. In particular, their children, are going to make a huge additional crime problem in the United States . http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0606/12/ldt.01.html

11. During the year of 2005 there were 4 to 10 MILLION illegal aliens that crossed our Southern Border also, as many as 19,500 illegal aliens from Terrorist Countries. Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroine and marijuana, crossed into
the U. S. from the Southern border. Homeland Security Report: http://...com/t9sht

12. The National Policy Institute, "estimated that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion or an average cost of between $41 and $46 billion annually over a five year period." http://www.nationalpolicyinstitute.org/pdf/deportation.pdf

13. In 2006 illegal aliens sent home $45 BILLION in remittances back to their countries of origin. http://www.rense.com/general75/niht.htm

14. "The Dark Side of Illegal Immigration: Nearly One Million Sex Crimes Committed by Illegal Immigrants In The United States ". http://www.drdsk.com/articleshtml

So using the LOWEST estimates, the annual cost OF ILLEGAL ALIENS is $338.3 BILLION DOLLARS A YEAR! So if deporting them costs between $206 and $230 BILLION DOLLARS, Hell get rid of em', We'll be ahead after the 1st year!!!

The most common conspiracy theory regarding 9-11 is that the World Trade Center towers were brought down by "controlled demolition" or "explosives". The theory is that Bush carried out this plan. Don't you think that theory is wacky?

1- Where would Bush find 9 suicide pilots to crash into the buildings? (3 suicide pilots per plane)

2- Large structures can take up to 3 months to prepare for demolition, so where would Bush get 50-100 volunteers who WOULD keep a secret and kill 3000 Americans without saying anything?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Building_implosion

3- How could could a task this large (and so long) be achieved without any common person or security not discovering anything suspicious?

4- Why do the VAST MAJORITY structural engineers believe there was NO conspiracy? Could it be that the people who KNOW structural design understand that buildings CAN be brought down by crashing huge jet planes full of fuel into these buildings?

The nationalist Swiss People's party (SVP), which shares power in the governing coalition, has proposed new legislation that would see entire families of immigrants deported if their children are convicted of crimes involving violence, drugs or benefit fraud.

Sounds like a good idea to me, should we try this in the UK? Official Swiss police figures shows foreigners are four times more likely to commit crime then swiss nationals. Check out the statistics at the bottom of the link. It wouldn't surprise me in the slighest in the figures are similar in the UK.

When Clinton fooled around and lied about it. The left said "Character doesn't matter" and "Stay out of his personal life", things like that. But, when the same is done by a Republican, suddenly character does matter. Suddenly a persons private life is fair game.

The left is all for the homosexual lifestyle until a Republican does it.

So why do the left's opinions change depending on which party is in the spot light?
