I have primary of my 2 year old son.And the court order states i pick him up at her former address..Legally wouldnt she have to provide her new address through council before her next scheduled access would happen...??

Why would you want to be such a hardass about this? If you both know mom's new address, go by that address. No need to make it difficult. The kid should know both its parents.

I think she has 30 days to do this, if she doesn't she is violation of court. Call lawyer to make sure if you have to take your son for visitation if courts don't have her new address, so you'll not be in violation. Good Luck!
