I have not figured out if I want to do Navy or Airforce...

What are the positions in the Navy and Airforce where you don't deploy during your first eight year enlistment or you have a less likely chance to deploy?

Also, I am the custodial parent and I have family that can watch my kid but do I get BAH even if I come in as an E-2 oe E3?

I don't need a lecture just my question answered. If you can't don't respond.

How can someone who has registered a Trademark oppose another Trademark that is nearly the same? When the other party Trademark is put out for public opposition,how does someone oppose the mark without hiring an attorney?Let me know.
Remeber I had my Trademark registered first under a specific Class. Now someone else wants to register their Trademark under the same class and their mark is nearly the same.For example: Say my mark is "emusic" and theirs is "imusic" under he same class.

I have been subpoena'd to a deposition involving an accident I witnessed over two years ago. I am not directly involved in this suit and can't afford to loose work over this. Is there anyway to claim "hardship" or other avenue to rid myself of this issue?

Recently a trio of these wig wearing nits pretended that they had decided not to deport the Italian murder of the headmaster Stephen Lawrence. They were covering up for the government by trying to conceal that a recent EU Directive stated that foreign nationals committing a serious criminal offence was no longer sufficient reason for deporting them.

A Polish rapist will also escape deportation thanks to the unelected crooks of the EU.

Surely the sole purpose of law is to protect the innocent?

They used to burn witches at the stake, perhaps we should resurrect the process but burn the bent lawyers, judges and politicians instead?

Politicians make decisions that effect our every day lives. But they are never drug tested.
A applicant for a minimum wage job has to take a drug test and his job does not impact our lives.

Politicians should not be allowed to use any type of drug or alcohol while in office. If they have a medical condition that requires mind altering drugs they should be forced to resign.

Illegal immigration hurts the American worker by lowering the average wage and puts a strain on social and medical services according the Huddle Study.

So why would the AFL-CIO file a lawsuit to halt the action taken by the government that would help the American worker?
Also the ACLU has formed what they call the "Immigrants' Rights Project". Designed to fight any action taken by the government at enforcing the current Immigration laws, why?

Illegal aliens and their supports called for a boycott last week on all merchants in Prince Wm. Co, VA due to the county's decision to deny illegal aliens services. Many of us made a POINT of shopping in Prince Wm. I took carloads of teenagers to the two major malls there for all day shopping sprees each and every day.

People love to bring up that the United States was stolen and that we all are immigrants with no right to keep out illegals. I don't understand. The U.S. was stolen, but we stole it and its ours. Our tax dollars keeps this country thriving. If we don't do anything about illegals, the U.S. is going to turn into a shi t hole . From listening to the police tapes, I think the guy was innocent. Not everyone knows the "signs" for gay contact. If he had a plane to catch, why in the world would he be trying to hook up? Anyone who has ever had to deal with the police on a matter can relate to this, the fact that he took the easiest way out. There is something that is not right with this whole thing.
