Well, under the Constitution, they have all rights afforded in the first eight Amendments, as well as the 13th.

Those rights apply to all persons in the US, regardless of citizenship or immigration status.

Citizens have additional rights beyond those, including rights under Article VI, Article I Sections 9 and 10, the 14th Amendment, and many others that are only for citizens.

Apparently, many people seem to think the Constitution doesn't apply at all to undocumented aliens -- while they may certainly wish that it didn't as a matter of law the Bill of Rights applies to all persons, by the plain text of the amendments.

Now, if people want it to not apply -- they can go get a constitutional amendment that changes that. Until then, the law is the law -- and the law says that many Constitutional rights do apply regardless of immigration status.

Illegals should have 1 right: the right to leave.

Immigrants should not be allowed to have any government welfare, etc.

Immigrants if anything have too many rights, not too few.

If they are illegal, they should be deported, since they are, by definition, criminals for sneaking in. Come in the right way, and learn the language, I'll be the first to say welcome! That goes for both borders, and all races...

Illegal criminal aliens, we owe them nothing, nothing at all, except for a quick trip to their own home country. And, I believe that should be at their expense. Confiscate whatever they have and put it towards their deportation.
