Some limited "spying" -- looking -- by private persons is not generally illegal -- and there's no constitutional issue, since the 4th Amendment only protect against govt spying.
However, after a certain point, it may fall under the laws for stalking (or equivalent). Check your local listings, or consult an attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.

Close your blinds. They live next door. They have a right to be there. If they came on your property, you could call the police for tresspassing but if they're merely spying from their house, then there isn't anything they could be punished for. Buy thicker drapes.

Can you prove it in a court of law? Are they filming you? Have they got pictures of you performing illegal or immoral acts?
If not, the best you can hope for is a restraining order, and you'd still have a tough time enforcing it.
Best wishes.

Ignore them..well if you really want them to see something let 'em have a peak. Just sarry butt-holes if you ask me. Call 'em peeping Toms if they come around peaking in your window's. If you see them raise your middle finger UP. LOL

it isn't illegal for them to be looking at you while you are in public, or looking through your windows from their property, but if they are entering your property and looking in your windows they are committing a crime... put up a surveillance camera...
