My dad always told me; we as the people have the power - the vote - use it!!!
Next year hopefully PM Brown will be removed and someone with guts will become Prime Minister, who will address these issues will be in promptly.
I don't care what party they are from as long as the address the immigration and EU issues, which are sore points to many British people.
I know we can not stop immigration but, the fact that illegals as well legals come to the UK and take advantage of the social benefit system without putting one penny into the system, needs to be addressed, as you know and so do I that when we grow old, there will be no social security pension for us.

We here in the US have a HUGE problem with Mexican Illegals. Hospitals are closing for cris sakes! We need to voice our opinion (LOUDLY!) and get this problem under control. I dont know why there hasnt been a "march" on our side of the argument? We have illegal people here that steal peoples social security number and they have a "march" in her honor....If you can believe that! This country needs a super-hero fast. All should make sure they vote when these issues come up again.

please pop into my question "just interested"-i completely agree with you-back in 1997 when it was agreed by the labour government (nobody bothered asking us by the way) to allow asylum seekers entry to the UK unhinderd i said and i quote "we should not allow them unconditional entry for two reasons-1 we are an island and therefore we can only hold so many the floodgates WILL open and it will become a containment problem-and 2 we could be allowing alsorts of undesirables into our country"-i was villified-called "uncristian"-now those who criticised me remain silent-they realise the truth-you have my support...in reply to the above poster-yes there are more english living abroad-not relying on the benefits or the NHS provided by their host countries because there are none!!-and NOT breaking their host countries laws.

Some of my ancestors came from Great Britain so I am interested in what is happening there. You have got to unite the native Britishers through the Internet and oppose the colonization of your country. We are working hard to stop the invasion of our country by illegal aliens, but there are powerful forces working for the illegals.
It is a shame that so many of our leaders and citizens are betraying their country by favoring amnesty for illegals, open borders, sanctuary cities, non-enforcement of immigration laws, and increased visas for high-tech workers.

I think it is awful, but that is exactly what is happening in the US of A. I think Canada is next. We are turning in the the cesspool that the illegals have left.

I know this is slightly off-topic, but not all illegal immigrants in the united states refuse to assimilate. It's the few that stick out that give the rest a bad name. Illegal immigrants trying to succeed and become citizens have to fight this stigma.
