no immigration period, whether legal or illegal the reason is very simple "economics",more people, higher demand for goods=less supplies= higher prices also when you have alot of people competing for a limited amount of jobs =lower wages.I'm no racist as i don't want anyone from anywhere coming into this country we have to many people now, we don't need anymore!!besides this country is for us, our children and our childrens children!! the sign on the statue of liberty the one that reads give us your weak your tired your poor should read:were very sorry but were all full up the only time i would allow people to come into this country is in the event of a global enviromental catastrophe because that would be the humanitarian thing to do,and by the way this land wasn't stolen it was settled by people who were trying to find a new life, opportunity&to get away from a rapidly overpopulating europe who had to go up against nature, wild animals,Indians or should i say native americans and we didn't do anything ,going to that the native americans didn't do going to war with other tribes killing the men taking their women and land!! just remember native americans were immigrants too!

Mexico's land was not stolen by the U.S.. Back to the history books for you!! Further, what this land was at the time is a far cry from what it is now and I'm willing to bet that wouldn't be the case if we didn't make it that way. We are not all immigrants either. More than 80% of U.S. citizens were born here so that makes us natives, not immigrants. Employers need to be heavily fined for hiring illegals, our current immigration laws need to be revised and then enforced, impeach Bush right now, give law enforcement back the power to enforce laws, fortify our borders and allow them to do their jobs, no benefits, schooling, housing, etc. fines along with possible jail time to anyone that aids an illegal in accomplishing any of those things.

TThe best solution is for the federal government to do its job and close our borders . Deport illegals ,and enforce the law. You are correct ,our schools and neighborhoods and jobs are lost. If the american citizen does not revolt this country is gone .

Pass a law that says "you catch 'em, you keep 'em" and let Americans have the benefits of cheap labor instead of just the Chinese and the rest of the third world countries.
Second, put up guard towers along the entire southern border. 400 feet from the border and 800 feet apart. Lease them out to hunters. Create an 800 foot no man zone.

The same solution we used from around 1880-1920 with the Italians that were accused of doing all the same things that were going to ruin America. Let them in legally, deport them if they cause problems, and be patient and watch them turn into great Americans.

You say you stole it, but now it's being stolen again?? I guess you could call it bad karma.
