If an account was part of a chapter 13 can it be reported as a charge off?

The account was part of a chapter 13 pay plan but the company also reported it as a charge off.

It should be reported as "charged off IN bankruptcy". It WAS charged off, therefore reporting it as charged off IS accurate.
