So the Palastinians just want to take over everything in Palastine? For the sake of the historically ignorant, Palastine is just the name of the area. Theree never was a nation of Palastine any time in history. 90% of the "Palastinians" are from Jordan or Lebanon, Arafat himself was from Egypt. Jews have lived there for 3,200 years. Now we're all supposed to predend they never existed.

Palestine used to be a Christian majority. The muslims forced most of them out.
You may have also noticed that the muslims in the country don't get along with other muslim sects either.
It's important to recognize that the muslims in this area are just intolerant of any other ethnic group than their own, including other muslims. They are not just against Jews, but also Christians and other muslims.
Don't buy into the idea that if Israel were not there, everyone would be happy in the middle east. Everything would be the same as it is now.

Well...."from the river to the sea" and "we'll push the Jews into the sea" are a few of their slogans, so I'd say it was possible.
Both Israel and the Palestinian peoples have done not nice things to each other, though. And the Palestinians shouldn't just leave and let the Jews have it all--neither should the Israelis. They both have rights to the land. If either part is going to survive they're going to have to figure that out.
"British Mandate of Palestine" means exactly that--a British mandate, a colony controlled by the British called Palestine. It never was a country with a government and a people. It was always someone's colony with a mix of people--a mix that INCLUDED Jews, up until 1948.

Never was a palestine eh? Well looks like my atlas from 1932 is wrong doesn't it! I can quite clearly see a country marked "British Madate of Palestine" on it, and look - there's even a wikipedia article on this imaginary country! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Mandate_Of_Palestine
Palestinians who have a problem with JEWS living in Palestine are wrong. It shouldn't matter what religion you are as to where you live. However they - and I - have a problem with ISRAELIS settling on Palestinian (or just to please you the West Bank or Gaza) land, and then claiming it is part of Israel. That is illegal. Would it be ok for 10 thousand Canadians to walk over the border into New York state, found a city there and then say "this city is part of Canada"? Would that be alright with you? Because that is precisely what you expect the Palestinians to do. Give up THEIR land to the Israelis and not complain about it.

I have never understood why if Israel can have a significant Arab minority then why cant a Palestinian state have a minority of Jews?
Many of the Jews living in the west bank are doing so for religious reasons not political ones.
They do not care who is in charge as long as they are allowed to live in their historical/cultural/and religious homeland.

Israel took this land from the Palastinians and have forced them to live in poverty for years. Only now is Israel trying to correct this injustice, yet the people are impatient. I understand why.. NO government moves quickly on anything.

Because that land once, ( a long long time ago,) belonged to the Jewish people, but they had to leave it. Then a long long long time later, they wanted to return to it and get it back when the Palestinians had lived and ruled there for the years they were gone. It's a big debate on who should own it.

Maybe we should have given Georgia to the Black community after slavery or Mississippi or anyone of the southern states that abused slaves for hundreds of years .
Pushed out the whites and then as the Blacks took over county's in neighboring States allowed it to happen because they said it was once land they had worked and so it belonged to them .

Israel IS Palestinian land. It was stolen from them. Why shouldn't they resist efforts to steal more land ?
Look at the Middle East map, prior to the Balfour Declaration.

you really need to do some research about the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. And don't forget the 250,000 arabs who were left to die in the desert when the Israelis took their land.
