There is NO time frame for ANYTHING to officially go of your record. Most states only report 3 years for a standard check of your driving record. Insurance companies routinely check 5 years. In any case, the record ALWAYS exists. US law prohibits anyone under 21 from drinking alcohol. You could blow a 0.01 and still be convicted of DUI.

Thing is your a minor. So you were "minor in consumption, and DUI". Doest matter what you blew or you BAC(blood alcohol content). It wont fall off your record. As for insurance, cant say. Most DUI's stay with you for a minimum of 5 years. EDIT: I do believe Louisiana reduced the drinking age back to 18.

The legal limit for someone under 21 is usually 02% That would mean you blew twice the limit.
It never comes off your DRIVING record. The points will go away after two years. Your insurance will prob use it for 3-5 years. The state will use it for the next 20 years (penalties increase with each susbsequent dui).
