receive in Mexico. Can he be placed in a school that is run by Americans and the tuition be billed to the USA. I know some are tired of the story, but there are a lot of unanswered questions and I would like to know how much her son will bill to the tax payer. I know that he is a USA citizen and is entitled to be treated the same of others, but I want to know how much.

I saw a program on TV that many children that were US citizens lived in Mexico, but had post office boxes across the border in USA towns, and cross and collected their checks

Lori> I agree they are up to trying to set up sometime of benefits that would be billed to the USA. And a loophole that will allow Elvira to return to the USA

I think in the end Elvira will be a very sad women that made wrong decisions for most of her life, once the Mexican government is done using her as a prop for amnesty for the illigals. She is both self serving and self promoting and her son will pay the price

You can't bill the tax payer for education when you take your children to another country unless you are there for the military. Actually, I don't think he has a right to anything but an American passport. I think the angle she is going for is to use his passport status to arrange something that will enable her to re–enter the country. I'm sure a slew of free ACLU lawyers are working on schemes as we speak.

If he comes here to Mexico he should learn Spanish, he can get into a free school, doesn't need charity, she can get a job, and there are a lot of jobs down here.
I bet he speaks Spanish just fine, don't you? No problem about his adhd here, doc visit 2.00$, medicine, "Ritalin" 10.00$ for a month. Where I live 3 pages of help wanted adds.

I heard he is getting some kind of check from the government for his supposed disability, but I don't know if that will continue in Mexico. Heck, there is probably enough money from him to support his mother, himself, and other family members. I would think schooling would be at the mexican government's expense, not ours. Were he to be in this country, then us taxpayers would be footing the bill.

He probably has emotional problems, which would stem from his mother using him as a shield.

I understand the Mexican government has voted him a scholarship. Of course, he will still pick up his social security benefits for ADHD he has been getting all of this time.

I know a number of kids with ADHD, and NONE of them get social security benefits.

He is a dual citizen. I'm not sure he's even entitled to consular protection in Mexico.
