in what the pro-illegals have to say about this one..in a national paper today a judge refused to deport an asylum seeker on account of the fact he cannot be stopped from returning to the UK-his crime: he raped and beat a woman (english) so severly she thought she was going to die!! he also seriously attacked a policeman coming to her aid. next time you tell us how "racist" we are-perhaps you might like to ask this young woman her views on the subject of illegal immigrants.

the point i am trying to make 2 tone since 1197 when the gates where opened-we do not want them here-it is a recipe for disaster-many of the poeple who villified me then are agreeing with me now-in answer to the 2nd post-until he applied for asylum he WAS an illegal immigrant-this makes it an illegal immigrant issue-he should have been put on the first boat home.

A similar incident happened here in East Lancashire a week ago! It was and eastern European that carried out the attack and a few days ago an elderly lady was jumped and had her pension stolen, all £57 of it!!!!
Seen 'em in the Post Office, drawing upwards of £300 so where is the decency factor in that. It won't be long now because people are becoming aggressive with their speech and they do want to see some kind of satisfactory action taken for the people of this country. People do bang on about the BNP but they are a non entity anyway because the real thing is simmering along elsewhere and this new breed of Nazis are back to grass roots and openly hero worship Adolf Hitler. This is bloody scary because the BBC did a documentary about a supposed re-enactment society whose members predominantly dress up in Hitler's SS units uniforms and they take on the role far too exacting and this movement is spreading like wildfire because of the unfairness they feel is being foisted upon our own people while foreigners get the cream.
Think what you will, Mr and Mrs Dozy because,political power or not, those twats will ensure blood and snot will fly and I personally cannot see why this government is not helping anyone. What is going on? What has happened to good old fashioned sanity? I do not know what to think anymore, I think I'll book into the local nut house, it might be a wee bit safer there.

Why has he not been sent down? I thought PM Brown was saying in the papers he wanted to kick people like this out of the UK?
Well, if he was sent down for nine years. PM Brown just has to keep his word and remove him from the UK....oh I forgot.....Gordon Brown is a politician...and we all know they never stick to what they say!!!

this has nothing to do with illegal immigration...he was an asylum seeker. I dont know what went through the judges mind and I dont know the facts to the case so its not my decision to judge yet. Maybe they refused deportation to his country so he can be extradited to England to face charges there.
