What are judgments you have made this week? For each judgment, make a comment about the value that led to this judgment and name a possible consequence. (Example: “That red dress is perfect for the party.” Value: Red looks good on me and is festive. Consequence: I bought the dress. OR “Janice is irritating; she drives me nuts.” Value: Her behavior conflicts with something I feel is important. Consequence: I avoid her.)

I need to avoid this fat, crazy, ugly boy at school. Value: Creeps me out, I think he TRIES to hit on me, and is suuuupppeeerrr gross. Consequence: I will be away and much happier, or I could hurt his feelings, but, since he is so gross my happiness would outweigh his sadness by a landslide.
