i hear users saying "deport them all". c'mon, its not that easy.
for the people that want this mass deportation, what do you suggest the US do to actually pull this off. Be very specific.

misterpea--how can you compare what hilter did to illegal immigration? hitler had the Jews in Concentration camps! you think people are going to stand quiet while the US puts millions of illegals in camps?
as for your Jail route idea, yea, whos gonna pay for that. not to mention the overcrowded jails in the US. Plus, i asked about MASS deportation. your idea isnt so much that, its more overtime.

Honestly that will never happen. There might be immigration raids and such. But I really doubt they will round up every single person.

No there will never be all illegals deported with the current laws and long borders we have now but at least attempts to go after illegals and always deporting them when they are caught will slow the numbers that come across and make others go back out of fear.

I do not support a mass deportation, but I also do not support amnesty. We need to enforce and fund our immigration laws. Those that are caught either the illegals or the business that hire them should be prosecuted to the full extend of the law

If there isn't one, impossibility will not be the issue.

Just denying all benefits including education (except emergency health care prior to deportation) asking for ID for all services and checking ID with SS for jobs (any duplicates should be bounced for resolution) plus actually asking for proof of legality to be here from EVERYONE stopped by police and deporting those found to be illegally here would go a long way to dry it up. Mind you, we also need the fence in urban areas and other suitable areas, as well as a visa exit tracking system. Anyone who overstays or violates immigration law should be forever banned from entry.

The money we would save in education and benefits would pay for this easily.

This MUST be done, with or without legalization of nongang members and non criminals here, or we will never stop the problem, and our schools are failing and our hospitals are closing. Continuing to subsidize cheap labor for business while our own wages and benefits are erroded is unacceptable.

Don't see why not.

In WW2, in the 1940s, the Nazis managed to round up 6 million or so Jews from all over Europe and murder them in cold blood.

I'm pretty sure that the US, in 2007, in our own country, could round up 12 million illegals and deport them.

Not that we have to do that. All we have to do is enforce the laws against employers. Then they wouldn't hire illegals, and the illegals would deport themselves.

But we could. I'm pretty sure. Specifically? OK, start by transporting all the illegals who are already in jail back to their own countries. From jail, to a bus, to a train, to the border. Is that specific enough? Then, each time a cop stops someone for something, make sure they're a citizen too. If they aren't, send them to the jail-bus-train-border route.

Is that just undo-able? I don't see why not.

But we wouldn't have to. They'd do it themselves.

I don't live in a dream world like people who think that's even a possibility.
While they're busy deporting one person, who knows how many others are taking their place.

If the American people are pushed far enough it may happen. When your neighborhood looks like a mexican barrio and cars are jacked up in the front yard to the roof and carona botltes are littering the highways then maybe. Cut your grass and clean your own house and sent these freeloaders back to ole Mececo.

Secure borders, deport all who come into contact with law enforcement and prosecute employers that hire illegals. No jobs, no free healthcare, let the self-deporting begin.

To accomplish this (and this is very specific), why don't we enforce the laws already on the books and go after the people who HIRE illegals?? If you're sent to prison and have ALL the profits taken from you, you're not going to hire illegals.
