I passed a 60 MPH speed sign at 74 MPH and another speed sign just a hundred yards away of 55 MPH at 70 MPH. I pulled over immediately and got two SEPARATE speeding tickets. There are two different speed limit signs (60MPH-55MPH) within very close proximity of each other. One ticket shows 74 MPH at 60 MPH speed limit. The other at 70 MPH at 55 speed limit. Wouldn't that be double jeopardy - multiple punishment for the same speeding offense? I'm willing to plead no contest and pay one without a trial but I don't think it's fair I should pay for two speeding tickets. I was ticketed only for speeding - not like I evaded anything. If this is legal, those who flee from police officers and pass 20 different speed limit signs in and out of the city - are they ticketed for each speed limit violation?

I don't think so but then again I'm no attorney. An answer to my particular case is what I'm seeking.

Thanks to anyone who can give me some insight on this case.

I JUST found out i have a 4 year old son. I was sent court ordered papers to have a DNA test, and it is my son! I am paying child support each month now. But they say i owe 10,000 dollars back child support, and i cant afford to apy all of that right now. I though a man was only charged back child support if he knew he had a child, and refused to pay. But i never knew i had a child until now. How am i responsible for somthing i didnt know about? They tell me i have 30 days to pay off the back child suppport, or it will go ony my recond, and i wont be able to get any car/home loas, etc. How the hell can i pay 10,000 in 30 days!? That is not fair. Its not like i knew i had a kid or anything, the mother just now waited to tell me, because she needs money,

Why do celebrities think they have a right to privacy?
they always complain, cry and bi^ch about poperazzi and being followed.

Well I say you can't have the milk and drink it too. They know the name of the game they had a choice to be a star.

If they wanted their "precious privacy" they should've became stars.

It comes with the terrotory and I know plenty of people that will gladly switch places with them.

They GAVE up their right to privacy when they became famous!!

Thought..........

I say

1) their rich

2) they made a choice to become a start nobody forced them they can't complain now

3) the only ones that have so much invasion of their privacy want it don't let them fool you.

you can volunteer but no one will hire your. You went to school to retrain for a new career but that only lead to more debt and still no one would hire you. You got a job but the manager fired you for some petty reason. You tried to start your own business but it turned out to be a lemon. You had family and people around who you needed financial help but you could not help. You were being cyber-stalked and stalked. You go into a store and all of a sudden the cashiers have disappeared and the doors are left open. You find yourself alone waiting for what seems like ten minutes at the cash register looking at the open door. Would you walk out with the merchandise? Would you turn to crime if you found your self in dire straights with no money?
Under what circumstances do you think an average person would turn to crime? Do you this might be the subject of a Stanford University or other study in the Central Florida area? Or is this a way of keeping immigrants and minorities down?

For many years now, activists and people in the patriot community have been warning Americans about an emerging new world order. However, many of these individuals have a very poor understanding of the definition of the new world order. The new world order is not a monolithic conspiracy controlled by reptilian men from Zeta Reticuli or Jesuits hidden in the dark bowels of the Vatican. Instead, it is a reconfiguration of global civilization along oligarchical contours. Many methods are employed by the power elite to accomplish this reconfiguration. One of the methods used is known as disaster capitalism.

Disaster capitalism has nothing to do with Americanism or free enterprise. It is merely a recycling of the same plan used by revolutionaries, secret societies, and subversive movements going back at least as far as the Illuminati. Nesta Webster described this plan as "the systematic attempt to create grievances in order to exploit them" (31). According to Naomi Klein, disaster capitalism "uses the desperation and fear created by catastrophe to engage in radical social and economic engineering" (no pagination). All of this goes on under the guise of "reconstruction." However, Shalmali Guttal, a researcher with Focus on the Global South has warned the "reconstruction" is merely a euphemism, stating: "It's not reconstruction at all--it's about reshaping everything" (no pagination). Everything is reshaped to fit the colonial model of the new world order that the power elite desire to see realized

After being pushed way beyond the limit with emotional abuse, I threw a hair clip at my live-in boyfriend, which hit him on the forehead, near his hairline. He immediately retaliated with a blow to my temple, using his fist. I suffered from a huge knot on my head and bruising that lasted more than three weeks. At the time, I wanted to call the police; however, I was afraid that I would also be arrested for throwing the object at him. Although I realize that it was wrong to throw something at him, I feel that what he did to me was not justified.
