Rove with Rumsfeld a close second. Gonzales was basically a dope going along with anything Bush or Rove told him.

You left out Paul Wolfowitz in your list of miscreants. Having said that, I'd argue that Karl Rove was the worst of the bunch. He got Bush elected (more accurately, he got him appointed by the Supreme Court) and did so through dirty tricks and through polarizing tactics that have poisoned politics. Rove was Bush's "enabler." He made it possible for Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Gonzales, and other criminals in the regime to pursue their disastrous policies.

Gonzales. As the leading attorney for the country Gonzales has destroyed the constitution and the freedoms it stands for. It takes ten times more effort to get back lost rights. Some will remain lost forever.

Probably Rove. It's not secret both the 00 and 04 elections were tampered with. That oily fat bastard was no doubt behind it. Once you lose the integrity of your electoral system you've lost your democracy.
