I'm looking for some good answers that would typically, in a classroom, lead into a discussion on the topic. Why did it increase crime and gangs? What would happen if the law was passed again today? How does the era relate to the selling of illegal drugs today?........i'm hoping these would lead into a discussion in my class, i'm just looking for some answers on here. Thanks for your input!

Logically, they can't have been born in the US. How was this conundrum addressed? Could it be used as a precedent to allow other foreign born people (e.g. Arnold) to run?

HONESTLY they are always on assault. And it's not just with Bush. It's with every Republican president in the latter part of the 20th century to the present time. Even Reagan, who was liked by nearly EVERYONE, was subjected to much criticisms by the left. My simple question is why can't they ever praise a Republican president for doing a good job overall? Is that too much to ask?

Why don't Republicans engage in the same smear tactics as Democrats? Someone answer please.

This guy was a crony and was a picture in the dictionary beside the word. I think he brought shame to such a highly respected position. The pressure he got from Democrats and Republicans alike was well deserved. Anyone who thought this guy did a good job needs their head checked.

OKay My husband got a ticket a few months ago for 651.00
we got an extension from the court till september 13, 2007 to pay it off. I keep getting these collection agency letters saying i owe THEM not the court 951.00 and they want me to send the money cash through western union. does that sound weird???? To me thought a big company like that would be able to accept payments directly to them and not through western union. anyways i went to rip off report.com and i searched the name and i found a lot of complaints..What do you guys think?????

Party A backs out of a parking space as Party B rushes to get around party A knowing party A is backing up. Party B stops vehicle directly behind Party A, does not blow his horn but says with the window rolled up "Stop! Stop!" as if anyone could hear. No police or other officials were contacted and both parties left the scene exchanging only phone numbers. Who is legally liable for any damage incurred?

Ok If someone is on Felony bond in the state of texas. And they go to another state. Come back and everything is fine but then someone tells the DA and judge that he was in another state and has proof with pictures with the dates and stuff. What can happen? Do you just revoke your bond or is that another charge?

The most liberal one that I ever heard of was Florida - anybody who commits a crime with a penalty higher than a ticket and/or a fine are most likely to be put in handcuffs and leg irons before being brought before the judge.

Listen to my question I posted: These downloads dont work for my sims 2 game. And now listen to his answer: Go out and buy the game. Dont download because it is illegal and you just got caught.I know your yahoo name. You will receive a letter for a court date soon. See you in court. Meaning he thought I illegally downloaded the game wich I did not. Also I am 13 so he is harming a minor please help me and clear this up! Can he figure out my info from my username? Do you really think I will recieve a letter in my mailbox for a court scentence? Can I just throw it away because I am a minor? I mean do you think he will find where I live ever? He probably lives in a random state and never find were I am. do you think he is just trying to scare me out of not doing anything illegal?
