Ok If someone is on Felony bond in the state of texas. And they go to another state. Come back and everything is fine but then someone tells the DA and judge that he was in another state and has proof with pictures with the dates and stuff. What can happen? Do you just revoke your bond or is that another charge?

you can always petition the court to have your terms of release on bond modified to permit interstate travel. this should normally not be a problem so long as you at least have a valid reason, e.g. job interview, death in family, etc etc. it would be much rarer to grant a modification to permit international travel, if that was also one of your conditions.

They can revoke the bond for failure to comply with the limitations put on the release. An additional charge may be added, if the DA so chooses. Since the accused has already shown disrespect to the court and that flight is certainly a risk; I doubt if the bond would be granted again.
