YES & YES !!!! I think that if the Dems win it will be the end of this great country. The authors of the Constitution of the United States would roll over in their tombs.
P.S. : Political correctness makes me sick! I don't subscribe to it because I believe we should call a spade a spade. We should never dance around the truth for political reasons. It does a great disservice to all of us because then people begin to have distorted opinions on what is right and wrong and what is true and untrue. It was really Hillary Clinton who initiated the whole "Political Correctness" thing back when her husband first became president and It has caused permanent damage to our society as a whole.

Yes, I definitely believe political correctness is ruining this country. Somehow, we've made it okay to discriminate against whites - especially if they're - GASP! - Christians. And don't anyone try to tell me differently - I have seen it first-hand. I work at a university, and DAMN. It's absolutely frightening to see the very open bias against Christians. We can't call it a "Christmas tree" and a faculty member FREAKED because I put an ornament on the "holiday tree" that read (now would be a good time to get the children out of the room) "Merry Christmas!" She THREW it at her admin, screaming, "This has so place on a university campus!" Wow - really? So much for diversity and tolerance....

Bush hasn't been the best President, but certainly not the worst, either. As to how I'll feel when he leaves office, that will depend in great deal on who will be taking his place.

It's nice to see a president who actually stands up something and doesn't change his opinion with the polls. It will be sad to see Bush leave office.

No--political correctness is NOT in itself a LAW. It is enforced mainly by social pressures, which seems about as democratic as anything can get. Just because people would rather be rude or misrepresentative without consequences doesn't mean political correctness is some great blight on our country.

And no, it will not be a sad day when Bush leaves office. I'll probably celebrate.

No and No. The only thing sad about Bush leaving office is that we have to wait until Jan 20th, 2009.

Yes. It is the most absurd thing I have ever heard. Police now have to study a manuel to learn the right lingo to use in the force. A mentally retarded person is now mentally challenged or handicapped. Come on. Can't even say terrorists, has to be Muslim extremists.

As for your second, yes and no. Bush was refreshing, A President that stood up for what he believed in and spoke his mind even though it may not have been right all the time. He has guts and that is what makes me sad to see him go.

Same here. And I will add, that the true downfall of America will be because they have rejected God in their hearts, and the Public places, schools, etc, etc.

God help America!!
