We have our terms and condition which must be satisfied before delivery can be effected to you. Find below the terms of delivery:
1) We do not operate on cash on delivery services (C.O.D.). This is inline with section 12 (b) of the freight and financial Act in Great Britain as adopted by the Gambling and Gaming Board of Great Britain. This is to ensure that your cheque undergoes a comprehensive insurance cover against theft, lost or misappropriations.
2) That payment must be effected before delivery and this is part of the insurance/company(s

It was Titanic Delivery Service...

so they changed it.

Did you write them? If not, you already KNOW this is a SCAM. If they had mail for you, why do they refer to you as 'Customer' instead of using your name? Why would a lottery company send a check and ask YOU to by insurance AFTER it was sent? Does anything in this notice actually make sense to you?

this is a scam my friend, they ask you to send payment for delivery by western union or moneygram. You send the payment and thats the last you hear from them

NOO! Check any business out on the better business bureau's site if you're not sure. But this one's a pretty obvious scam.

sure sounds like a scam. appeal to a person's greed and you can get them to do anything.

just check them out on the BBB site (better busniness bureau) legitimate companies are registered with them, you will also see the amount of complaints
