Once they pulled us over they asked for all of our IDs. All of us being underage gave them our real IDs. They asked the girl who was in the front seat to step out. She did and left her purse on the floor of the front seat. They asked my other buddy who they had seen buy the alcohol to step out of the car. He did. They asked if we had fake ID's. The guy who bought denied at first but after the officer started searching the car he said where it was hidden in the back seat. Me and my one friend are still sitting in the car until they ask us to get out one by one. They ask if we have anything on us and we reply negatively. So were all out of the car and one police officer searches the whole car and finds mine and the girls fake ID's in her purse which was zipped up on the floor. Was he allowed to do this? Is it against the 4th amendment? Now the 3 of our liscenses iare being suspended (the 4th guy didnt have a fake) and i want to fight it because i believe the search was unlawful? Anyidea?

i sold a 12oz of beer to an underaged guy whom i mistook as a customer i'd had earlier so i didn't ask for id. Apparently the police caught the guy, and me in turn, for not asking for an id. therefore i receive a citation to go court. i live in california and i'm wondering what are the procedures and cost of the fine that i'll face. Ironically, a random checkup was made half a year ago and i happen to be the guy to sell beer to a guy working undercover for the police and did ask for id, because i always do, and received a letter explaining that i successfully complied to the law and congratulated our bussiness for passing the checkup made. what can i do?
i appreciatte your help very much
Thanks.

I was totally wasted when I exited this club. The club was in Hollywood, and had alot of drug activity going on. Apparently I ended up leaving with some pot. That some other drunk guy gave me. We were just having one of those drunk conversations. Like an idiot "I know", but i swear I was not aware. When I came out I was pulled over, and searched. Apparently the officer said that I threw the pot I had. I did not denie it, I was drunk. I mean drunk. Could I get away with it, if the officer did not take me to jail for public intoxication?

My Grandfather was a judge and served on the senate. My cousin and I were going through old stuff in my Grandmothers attic because both of them had already passed away and we thought we could look at stuff and talk about memories and see old pictures, etc because our parents and uncles and aunts might throw them out one day. Anyway we went through the stuff and were shocked to discover that our Grandfather worked with McCarthy! We also found a picture of McCarthy and him next to each other and it was like seeing him next to Hitler. I don't want to remember my Grandfather has some anti-communist aide to McCarthy. I Googled his Name and McCarthy and it doesn't portray him as working with McCarthy but like he was just there interviewing people. I'm not an expert on the McCarthy Witch hunts but I just want to know if its possible that if you worked on the senate then, you had no choice but to follow orders.

Let's assume that all the 2008 Presidential candidates will answer ANY questions you ask them with total honesty.

What questions would you ask them?

and while we are on the subject, how do you feel about companies who profit so greatly from this war? If you were making billions of dollars per year from the Iraq occupation, would you want it to go on or would you want it to stop?

pd showed up 30 min after it happened and pd banged on my locked bedrm door for 40 min then left so i never spoke nor talked to them. can they get a warrant if only the roomate was present and allegedy said I did it. other roomates woke up coughing and police saw that and pd may also have wrote in report that they felt/detected the lingering of it in the air..it created a fog and caused minimal coughing for about 2 hrs total...how long will this complaint stay active with pd before they give it up?

but cost us defeat...and they are doing it again...

Much has been made about President Bush's recent comments comparing the known fallout in SE Asia after our precipitous withdrawal from the Vietnam War – genocide in Cambodia, re-education camps and mass exodus from South Vietnam. And yet defeatists continue to use the Vietnam War as their case for comparison and the foundation for their call for immediate withdrawal.

do you get the visa in hongkong or in china and what visa is appropriate. my niece's contract was terminated because of some trouble with her employer. I asked her to come and visit me here in China to discuss about what happened and possibly go back to find a new employer, can she get a tourist visa? She was maltreated by her employer but the employer gave a different story and this was collaborated by the police. Worst they gave her a bad release letter. these DH should also be protected on these situations, they have resorted to all possible means to provide the money just to have a job. Her agency now told her that it's difficult to get a new employer for her but she wants to look for another one rather than going back to the Philippines, for how could she pay her debts back there? Please enlighten me on this matter since I'm not so familiar with some regulations. I wish there somebody who could help her.

I believe they are trained to be more arrogant and self-righteous. That is what makes them want to fight for their reputation. The army i believe fights more for their buddies and themselves... lives in general. Both sides fight for the freedom of innocent American lives, but do the personalities differ because of the training in basic training?

Here's what they are if you don't know:
Neocons(Bush and McCain)-Respect the U.N., want to police the world, think economically and globally, more government, more spending, pure capitalists, but disregard the border, send jobs oversees, support Wal-Mart and big business, Christian but more secular, Cold Warish attitude, etc.

Palecons(Ron Paul, Romney, Tancredo)-Don't like the U.N., anti war for the most part, stronger border advocates(all we need to do is secure border, not invade other countries), less government, less spending, low taxes, think socially and internally, decently capitalist, keep American jobs, support Mom and Pop businesses, Christian, realistic attitude, etc.
