I know of two children who were injured in an accident; and I've heard that the Red Cross issued checks in their names. I also heard that "someone else from the family" cashed them. Are their any criminal charges to be filed if they were not the custodial guardians after the accident?

I got a couple of weeks before going to the training. I'm really not sure of the currunt employment status because i'm not getting any money from the military right now until the day i JOIN. Unless the joining task is processed at training site, I'm not joined yet. So, shouldn't i supposed to get unemployment until I leave? I need a very correct information about it for me and my family.

Ok, this is just a question. Suppose a guy named JOE shoplifted a 40 dollar item at a Target store in california. And he gets away with it. But somehow Joe leaves the empty 40 dollar item box in a shelf, and they find the box that Joe touched. Will they look for fingerprints on it and stuff? And will they go after Joe?

My brother just completed training to be an Army Medic. He is going to be stationed in Germany. I was wondering what kind of clothes medic's wear? Do they wear scrubs and white coats or just fatigues or what? I would ask him but his cell phone is messed up. Just curious. Thanks!

They say "law abiding" citizens should be able to have guns. How do you know when some "law abiding" citizen will turn in their good life for a life of crime? How do you know that someone will just get so angry that they will not shoot someone? Don't you see...anyone can take someone else's life by simply pulling that trigger. Just because someone followed laws before they bought a gun does not mean you can trust them with a gun. Also why do people say they need guns? When the second amendment was written our country did not have an organized police force or army and we had just ended the Revolutionary war. People DID need to protect themselves back then. They also needed to hunt for food on occasion. They did not just kill animals for sport. We do not need guns but if we are going to have them then we NEED restrictions on them. It is not about restricting your rights...it is giving every American fear from being shot and or killed with a gun.

one and that my liscense will be suspended for a year. The ID is my picture my name different age and different address but the cops discovered it in a search of my car when i was pulled over. Is there anything i can do to not get a year suspension on my liscense. I know i know i'm lucky im not in prison... i dont wanna hear it tho... I think this situation is bogus. Me and my friends got posession of alcohol but not posession of fraudulent IDs when the police officers clearly busted us with them. Why would they not write us tickets only for us to get letters stating charges a month later?
