Why is it women kill their children(one drowned her FIVE children in a bath tub, the other drove her car into a lake and blamed it on a carjacking that never happened) and get to plead this temporary insanity bullshit. Scott Peterson gets the death penalty though for killing his pregnant wife. The women had emotional ties to their children which he didn't have yet because his child wasn't born yet. I'm not taking up for Scott Peterson but shouldn't all three of them get the death penalty??
