im 15, and my dad put my laptop away in his drawer and locked it up. so, i went and unlocked it using his key. now, he says that i don't return MY laptop back into his drawer, he'll call the police. can they really do anything about it? cause, i have my name on it, and all my stuff inside the laptop are my files, clearly. so ya, can they?

I was charged with third degree assault. The person that pressed charges was charged with assault and harrasment by my mother the previous day. Can I request for her to drop the charges and my mother will drop the charges against her? Is that possible?

If you and a gazillion other Americans all wrote in their own vote and soundly rejected both the Democratic and Republican Party's candidates, making the majority vote the write-in, could those people become the new President and Vice President of the United States? I wen't to an 8 hour lamaze class and had to park on the street. We did not see the sign that said two hour parking. When we got back to the car after the class, we had two tickets in a row. We live in California, and I have never had this happen to me before, they were also both from the same officer.

My husband has had the same consistent signature and it looks nice. He has been signing the same since many years. He started a new job and he has to sign a lot. Management told him that if he doesn't change his signature he might loose his job. I know that your signature should always be the same and we should not alter it. Where can I find the law about this, so he can print it and bring the HR? Thank you

I personally think that it is just awful the way SOME republicans are willing to divide and conquer their own people...

If anything is costing the Republicans their share of votes these days - it's loose cannons on their own side that throw the baby out with the bathwater...

He was a soldier from my high school. I didn't know him real well but did know him and my little sister played softball with his little sister... It's sad and our memorial at the school, really starts to get to you when one of our own gets added... God Bless the family..
