Totally agree with you, he lacks charisma, intelligence and the ability to communicate. He is undoubtedly the most embarrassing President the USA has ever had. I wonder what the other heads of state say about him behind his back?

In the eyes of the many Republicans, Bush seems to be more of a liability rather than the asset he was back in 02 coming off a "surge" of high approval ratings after 9/11/01. Some Republicans feel more vulnerable now that Bush's policies have gone "south" and "Iraq" bottom; their seats are up for grabs and have the potential to flip "blue" in 08.

The only ones standing by Bush are his steadfastly loyal supporters (those in "heavily red" America) who prefer to live in blissful ignorance of a cold-hard reality.

Actually I would rather have had President Reagan as president. We'd have gone in their taken care of the problems and been out... before the media knew anything... and way before they had a chance to spin it. Bush will go down in history as a pretty decent president I think. I must say I'm much happier he's there when we need a man like him than someone like Hillary or Obama... those two clowns would have let the terrorists make demands and they would have acquiesced to those demands. I think most people, no matter how much they allow the left wing news media to dictate their opinions, would want anyone in the white house dealing with these kind of problems other than a man like Bush.
These same people were calling Reagan names too when the Soviet Union was around... but when Reagan caused it to collapse they fell silent. They raise their ugly heads once again since they know that people under 40 don't really remember Reagan and how he saved our nation from the likes of presidents like Carter.
When you're older and more mature you'll understand all this much better.

The only ones left supporting him are the die hard party liners who would support him no matter what he does. From what i have seen they like to place the blame on some supposive all powerful liberal media. I am not sure if he is a complete embarassment, but he for sure isn't a Lincoln, or a Reagen. History will not remember Bush in a kind light.

Not just to the Republican party, but to the whole nation.
It is not the dems nor any lies that has put Bush in this position, it's been his own mouth and actions.
The standing of the United States in the eyes of the world has never in our history been lower, nor has the amount of mis-trust been higher, thanks to Bush. And yes, I voted for him twice, for which I apologize to everyone.
His actions have cost the republican party control over both houses of government, and next election we stand to lose the white house also, to say nothing of about 4000 American servicemens lives.

I stand by him. I mean he has done things that i don't aprove of but he's our president and it's not just him that is doing some embarrassing things. You have to remember that Bush is a poster boy to the public. Half the things that happen are not just ideas that Bush has all of a sudden decided to try and motion. Congress has alot to do with what's happening as well. :)

Oh there are the die hard few that stand by that embarrassment of a human being. Mostly those who are for this war on oil. Most of those who are profiting from him being in office, and the ALL of whom who are completely misinformed and who believe the lies the Fox News Channel and our government is spewing!!!

- Most number of convictions and guilty pleas by friends and associates*
- Most number of cabinet officials to come under criminal investigation
- Most number of witnesses to flee country or refuse to testify
- Most number of witnesses to die suddenly
- First president sued for sexual harassment.
- First president accused of rape.
- First first lady to come under criminal investigation
- Largest criminal plea agreement in an illegal campaign contribution case
- First president to establish a legal defense fund.
- First president to be held in contempt of court
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions

bush could literally be the second coming. talk about the pot calling the kettle black
as a wtc two survivor in manhattan i firmly stand behind bush...thank god we had a president, unlike clinton, who could keep it zipped up and do his job.
