my uncles are us citizens is there anything they can do??

The only thing your American uncles can do that might help you indirectly is to file an immigrant visa petition for your father or your mother. That would be an F-4 petition and it would include the spouse and minor children of the parent who was filed for. Considering that F-4 petitions take at least 11 years before they can be used, I imagine if you aren't already over 21, you certainly would be by that time. And, that's assuming your parents even want to come here. There is no way for them to file for you directly.

Your best bet would be to contact your nearest United States Embassy and they can give you the requirements; it costs nothing for the information. Do it as soon as you can because it takes a very long time and a lot of paperwork. Best of luck !

Uncles cannot sponsor you. You can be sponsored by a potential employer or enter the green card lottery.
