When they plea guilty to a crime it's an admission of guilt. Depends on the class of the misdemeanor. Differing classes have different punishments.

Once charged and convicted of said crime, one can not be charged with it again. It's a double jeopardy law.

The DA does NOT have to accept a plea offer by the defendant. They could choose to pursue felony charges. Most states define in the law what is considered a felony and what is a misdemeanor. They can't 'change a felony to a misdemeanor', but they can refuse the plea and actually charge you with a felony.

peading guilty instead of making them judge you would probably get you a little slack. then they would sentence you according to their sentencing guidelines (check these out before you plead to anything!). a misdemeanor is not a felony. not sure what you mean by this part of the question

IN DEPENDS ON WHERE YOU ARE IN NEGOTIATIONS.

IF YOUR PLEA WAS ACCEPTED THEN I DON'T BELIEVE THEY CAN. IF THE COURT HAS NOT ACCEPTED YOUR PLEA YET THEN THEY CAN..

( THEY CAN'T CHANGE IT BECAUSE IT WOULD BE LIKE TRYING A PERSON TWICE FOR THE SAME CRIME AND THEY CANNOT DO THAT.THAT IS, IF THE COURT HAS ACCEPTED YOUR GUILTY PLEA EVEN IF IT IS FOR A MISDEMEANOR INSTEAD OF A FELONY.)
