Someone I know has been reported as a meth user, how can we prove them wrong and hold them for liability?

Urinalysis as well as a test of hair will prove them that this person is not a meth user. Once that happens, who ever reported that person, if that can be found out, can be sued for defamation of character.

A simple drug test will prove that the person is not a meth user.

Have a hair folicle test and sue in small claims court for liable.
