friend of mine is currently awaiting his US Permanent residentence but wants to travel to Hawaii. I think since hawaii is part of the US and he currently has permission to stay in the US while application is being processed. Do you go through immigration in hawaii for a normal flight from Seattle to hawaii?

I know someone whom I'd like to serve papers on, however, he is planning to go into the military. If I serve papers, this may prevent him entirely, from being able to go into the reserves. Does anyone know if Psychological testing is done in Basic Training? If there is, how sensitive is it? Basically, can a moron make it through. This man isn't too smart, but he passed his preliminary testing. Can anyone help me, please?

I had just met the person a week ago, it was a felony

arrest warrant served at his home i was present. They searched my belongings ,was not read miranda at all, i advised them of a warrant from another state, advised i was only in town to work,had suspended license,they said find someone to set up a deal with , dont try no **** like i lost the number or they would be doing the same to me. they were asking about a specific size amount of G. I hadnt seen anything of the such,their answer to me saying i just met the guy i only working here the officer said well you found this guy you can find another one.

If you had to choose one reason and one reason only what is the deciding factor/main reason that makes you anti-illegal? Personally, this is a tough question for me to answer because there are so many reasons to dislike illegal immigration. I dislike the fact that these people demonstrate to the world that we have broken borders and as a consequence I believe that this is a serious terrorist threat to our nation.

From what I have read, it seems like it is a good alternative that will cause a lot less strife between the political factions that have squared off, why not try to support something that will help others and not tick so many people off?

maybe it is man made
but the warming of the earth now that it is inhabited by 6.5 BILLION people is what should be ALARMING.
If man continues to ignore the increase in flooding and the disease that comes with that or ignores the warming of the earths temperature and spends all their time ARGUING whether its man made or cyclical global warming we will ALL pay a price sooner rather than later.
Simply foolish and childish.

I rent an appartment owed by a man not a leasing company. My lease ends on Sept. 23 of this year.

The owner told me today that he will be selling in October and that I will not be able to renew my lease and that I'll have to move.

What are my rights as a renter as far as them giving me time to find a new place and move? I'm sure they can't just say "ok you gotta go NOW"

Legally how long do I have to find a place and move.

any other info or advice is appriciated. I will be speaking with the owner tonight and I would like to be prepared with some info. He is a reasonble and nice man.

It is beyond my level f comprehension to accept that people can believe that when Bush or some of his Cabinet or appointee's claim that things are so good in Iraq and in this country .

Anyone who agrees with the" things are going great" must be profiting from this mishandled economy and war .

Why is it anytime you post evidence of how badly things are going people just avoid answering or attack you by calling you a liberal terrorist supporter .

Truth is I fund several terrorist organizations through my taxes and I do not like it much . Like the Mossad or the Institutional revolutionary party which helped Pedro Carmona seize power for a short time . Maybe it was that Ferdinand Marcos received some of my money in the form of U.S. support .

I happen to disagree with much of our foreign policy and suggest that we have very little policy except trade agreements .

If the people you trade with are evil and tossed out and you lose money such is the nature of business . SUGAR

Also, Democrats are the ones that will take away their rights. If "modern Democrats" get the Whitehouse in 2008, then expect the hippy politicians to work hard to take away citizens rights.

There were no hippies in congress 30 years ago. And 30 years ago, both Democrats and Republicans hated hippies. Now hippies are embraced by Democrats.

My house that I rent is very hot and my landlord says there is nothing wrong with the air. I set it at 70 and it goes to 85 or higher. He says that is normal because it is so hot outside and will not have it fixed.

Will I still receive my same BAH when I get divorced. We have a child and I support him. Since he is still my dependent I should keep housing with dependents. If I drop down to housing with out dependents this will be a VERY expensive divorce

my mother is british she married a pakistani man and he fetched her to pakistan with kids...and him and his family are forcing us to stay here and wont let us(me,my mother,my sister) leave the country and go back to england...

we are not allowed to go out the house for the past 20 yrs...and my mother is denied medical and dental treatment...she needs an operation she has prolapse and she could soon get cancer and die if not treated...and i have been denied education for the past 4 yrs....and if we dont leave soon my mum could die....and my passport will expire in 4 months....the british embassy in pakistan has refused to help...they said they have no funds...and cant pay for our tickets....are there any organisations who will help us....and will pay for our tickets and get us out of here....and help me and my mother and sister go to england with our mother...
