If he was carrying illegal aliens in your vehicle then you shouldn't be allowed to ever get it back. It it the price you pay for being involved in illegal actions.

It's actually fairly easy, simply write to the Easter Bunny or Santa Claus, they're kinda involved in those things these days..

Try asking them nicely. If they think you knew what was going on, they are keeping the car. You can file a claim, or do what the drug dealers do with their boats and planes - buy it back at auction.
