They advocate violence against law abiding americans, they glorify terrorists who have killed americans with bombs and by assassination, they're structured and funded like a guerrilla/paramilitary organization, and they look forward to the day the government is overthrown and their radical views become law.

By all measures I have read they qualify as a terrorist organization. So what's the problem? Why isn't homeland security or the FBI or the CIA shutting them down under the Patriot Act?

Or is the problem hypocrisy...because they're too close to the hearts of the GOP base?

There are strong arguments in favor and against death penalty.
Favor. The penalty of death penalty is constitutional because it not more severe than the effect on the victim.
Opponents. All killings are wrong. Life without parole will always stop a murderer from doing more killing.

Careful, this is a bit of a trick question, and you may find yourself contradicting yourself from part a to part b.

Spends 400 million dollars per day on Iraq - He spends borrowed money - on a foriegn nation - that kill American soldiers

He could spend it on border patrol - no he spends it on people several thousand miles away

He could put that into health care - Nope mass interest rates from borrowed money on somone other than you the American people -

What is up with that - Why do Republicans support massive debt on a loseing war and people who hate you

When you could bult a hell of a defense at home say like the border health care or anything you want -

But no you support a President who spends 400 million dollars per day plus interest on a people that kill your soldiers in the streets

Why is that

last weekend I found me husband with another woman and my daughter. I confronted him and then i snapped. I hit him and his girlfriend called the police. Before they got there I left the scene to go back home. My husband also left the scene before they got there. She made a report after they had to coax her out of her apartment. She only made a report stating that she wants me banned from her property. My husband keeps threatening to press charges against me if I dont give him custody of our daughter. It has been 6 days and still has not contacted the police. What are my options? I want to file for custody and child support but am afraid that he will press charges.

I was convicted of simple possession charge of marijuana when I was 15 but my license was suspended because of it and now I'm 18 and it's on my driving record. Here in SC your juvenile record is confidential but it's still on my driving record. Can I get rid of it off my driving record? If I was to go to college would I have to tell them I have a criminal record just because of my driving record or are those two different things?

quality?

How many years of struggle did it take to get U.S. companies to satisfy regulations in manufacturing and the food industry?
Not to mention equality in the work place and fair wages.
Now we have opened our markets to countries that barely regulate themselves and we have imports that don't meet the smallest standards.

Like with the childrens toys, tires, seafood....etc.

Then there is the wages paid to foreign workers that would never be tolerated in the U.S.

Is it worth it?

Should we have kept the U.S. more self sufficient like we were before 1992?

lets see if they well fight there law or if they well do has Pete Wilson did.

A federal judge on Thursday struck down the city of Hazleton’s tough crackdown on illegal immigrants, ruling unconstitutional a law that has been emulated by towns and cities around the nation.
The Illegal Immigration Relief Act sought to impose fines on landlords who rent to illegal immigrants and deny business permits to companies that give them jobs. Another measure would have required tenants to register with City Hall and pay for a rental permit.
It was pushed by Hazleton’s Republican mayor last summer after two illegal immigrants were charged in a fatal shooting…
More than 90 communities across the U.S., frustrated by the Congressional impasse on dealing with illegal immigrants, have considered or approved measures similar to Hazleton’s. U.S. District Judge James Munley’s ruling does not affect those measures.

Today, my grandma said she didn't believe in the death penality. I thought I was raised to respect the law and the cops and believe if people are found guilty have to take their punishment. Suddenly, the grandma I raised my whole life spouts some liberal let-him-live milarkey. Where do they get this stuff? How do they teach us right from wrong but want to turn around and believe police are corrupt and jails are full of "millions" of innocent men on death row. She actually said that! "Millions" of people have been falsely accused and exicuted! I doubt there have even been "Millions" of people exicuted! I would have heard about it!

What do you think about the House adding the amendment to a bill that will block federal funding for the incarceration of our two border control agents Ramos and Copean? This would mean they would have to be released because there would be no financial appropriation to continue them being in jail.

Approximately 100 members of congress have written the president regarding pardon or commutation and he (Bush) has said he would have to wait until the appeal process was over. However, he didn't feel that way about Scooter Libby when he commuted his sentence before his appeal. And, by the way, since Mr. Libby did not do any jail time, he had no sentence to commute, which really means he was pardoned.

I think the House was quite ingenious in coming up with this solution which passed by a landslide. What do you think?

I remember a banner stating "mission accomplished". It seems like George keeps changing the reason for being there. In my mind we already won the war when we knocked Sodamed Insane out of power. I wish that we had Guiliani in office right now. I cannot believe that I voted for Bush! Just call me a fool!

2 years ago I invested $10k with someone who was starting a business in Mexico and was promising great returns. I paid by an official check issued by Wells Fargo. The business was opened in Mexico but I havent heard from that person in 2 years, after trying every possible way of contact. I have a notarized contract and the persons name and SSN. As of now, neither I or the family of the person I invested with knows where hes at. What are my best options at this point?
