ok heres the deal.
like 30 mins ago me and my friends where skateboarding in out neighboor hood.
like we did for 2-3 years.

the police rode beside us, interrupting my talk on religion, and said there has been a complaint on skateboarding in the street.
and...
the next time we are caught skating there will be a charge...

does this make sense?? Are we suppose to stay inside on videogames all day and not go out and skate??

As we all have seen the past few weeks some type of legalization of illegal immigrants is imminent.Would you prefer to just gripe or would you be interested in making a valid contribution to the safety and unification of our country regarding this issue?Believe it or not there are people who are listening and taking note.

I think now Senator Obama is hitting back so hard, witch is not fair on Senator Hilary Clinton.
Or am I wrong?

This anti-illegal immigration law was voided because the judge said, "the nature of the political system in the United States prohibits the city from enacting ordinances that disrupt a carefully drawn federal statutory scheme,"
So why is New Haven being aloud to give illegals ID cards that allow them to go around the legal system. Isn't that city enacting ordinances that disrupt a carefully drawn federal statutory scheme?"
So if I am to understand this correctly it's illegal to make it a crime to rent to illegal immigrants but it's legal to give illegal immigrants the means to go around the law.
A town can say, "Here's an ID card that lets you go around the immigration laws." and that's OK. But if a town tries to make it hard for illegals to stay illegally it's not OK.
I have a word for this and it means the same thing as EL TORO CA CA!

Hypocrite comes to mind. American does NOT come to mind. Feel your shame and know that your argument is weak. The US government pays reparitions to persons of Native American descent. If you are illegal then you are paying nothing in income tax, and therefore, are not supporting anyone but yourselves. Hit me with another sorry argument, Mexico. Please.

lets say an orphan ...

i ask this question based in the opinion of some who believe that only people who have a father or mother born in the USA should be given citizenship ... so my question is about those who would not be able to prove having a father or a mother born in the USA ...

many argue that the 14 amendment was made just for those ( the blacks ) who were oppressed back then when the amendment was made but that it should not include those who cannot prove having a mother or father who is American ...

so the question would be : what nationality in ur opinion those who cannot prove either one but to be born in the USA should be given and why ???

should the 14 amendment include them or do u agree that it was made only for the black people back then ???

I think Obama and Romney will win the tickets and then it will be a close race, but Obama might just pull out in front.

People call Romeny a flip flopper, but that is just in parties, not his views. Just like bloomberg who was a dem then a rep then an independent but still believed the same things. But, I am not one for political rants, so you tell me.

Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean are serving 11- and 12-year sentences respectively for shooting and wounding a Mexican national who was trying to escape after attempting to smuggle 743 pounds of marijuana across the Mexico-Texas border in February 2005.

Cybercast News Service obtained a copy of an amicus curiae ("friend of the court") legal brief filed by Reps. Walter Jones (R-N.C.), Virgil Goode (R-Va.), and Ted Poe (R-Texas) in the former agents' appeal before the Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans.

They accuse the prosecution of "creating a purported criminal offense never enacted into law by Congress," and of charging Ramos and Compean with a "non-existent crime."

With the appointment of the Special Council, Gonsales is certain to be brought before a Grand Jury for purjery. Will Tony Snow continue to sneer and snicker about it after the indictment is handed down? Is that the best the White House has to offer? This is a constitutional crises of historic proportions and they are behaving like a bunch a teenagers who got caught smooking.

I'm not asking for a bunch of hate toward him - this question is for Republicans too.

For me - I really didn't appreciate that he cut the funding for public radio and the Ryan White program.
Healthcare and quality news broadcasting are not the right places to make cuts.
