Okay a women is murdered in her car. She is shot in the head. She was alone in the car. The doors were locked and the windows rolled up. There are no bullets holes in the car, how was she shot?

I'd assume that the car has automatic windows that roll up in the rain, or someone hit the auto-up button and pulled his hand out the window. Not too hard to do. Or, the KISS way - shot her in the head when she opened the door, then the murderer just closed the door afterwards and locked it. That is the simplist way. How hard is THAT to figure out? Where were the car keys in all this? LOL....

Someone was in the trunk of the car and shot her from the back seat. You know one of those rear folding seats. Then he escaped through the trunk. Most cars have emergency pulls to get out of the trunk from the inside. He got in her car when she was getting gas.

she was sitting in the car, with the window open, leaning out, she was then shot, and the perpetrator merely pushed her back in, and rolled up the window, autolocked the door, and closed it. windows rolled up, doors locked, woman shot in head, in car, dead, alone. it all fits.
