I was caught driving without insurance in California. I purchased the insurance and showed it to the court, then paid the fine. Is driving without insurance considered a criminal offense and will it show up on my criminal record? Please help me answering this. Thank you so much in advance.

Do you think the government response to terrorism has decreased procedural rights, and are those responses valid.

"Though senators and advocates supporting reform are being careful to avoid calling any measure a "poison pill," the list appears to be problematic enough that Senate leaders are at least considering employing the rare tactic of packaging amendments to avoid losing critical support and votes.

Under the procedure, Reid would introduce a single, 22-part amendment, dividable into component parts for debate. Known as a "clay pigeon," it would offer the bill's supporters a means of staging the debate more or less free from interference, with the objective of keeping enough senators together to maintain the 60 votes needed to thwart a filibuster. "

What do you think?

And don't forget about the lib National Healthcare plan as well & bailing out Social Security. Those two alone cost twice as much as paying for the Iraq war.

Last Thursday, Obama's campaign sent a memo to reporters, demanding that it not be attributed to their campaign.

This memo carried the headline "Hillary Clinton (D-Punjab)" and referred to Clintons' investments in India; her fundraising among Indian-Americans; and the former president's $300,000 in speech fees from Cisco, a company that has moved U.S. jobs to India.

This was clearly a racist attack against Asians, a group which is frequently subjected to Black racism. (I say this as an Asian American who has frequently witnessed this myself).

Obama tries to pretend that this is just a "dumb mistake" and has completely failed to address or apologize for the clear racism of the memo. No one has been fired by his campaign and he continues to run for President.

Why hasn't his hypocrisy and/or racism been as strongly attacked by the press as we all know any suggestion of white racism would be?

In one of the debates, the canidates were to say if they believed in evovultion. The Feast of Fools: Gay Fun Show talked about this and want to see if anyone else really is offended that the canidates don't except the facts--the show compared it to not believing in air and gravity and it really is. You believe you'll recover from a disease but you can either accept or not accept the facts about evolution.

How do you feel about the canidates not excepting the facts?

So far they haven't been getting gassed but that probably isn't very far off now.... They're even building a giant wall, didn't the soviets do that in east germany?

Can any Nation's Troops be loyal to the Nation if they include illgal aliens merely serving as a trade off for US citizenship? Who's to say that illegal foreign aliens will really owe their allegiance to the U.S. If they would willingly die to get US citizenship, who says they aren't easily bribed for huge sums of cash?

Who's been snitching on the whereabouts and movements of our Troops to allow all those bombs to be set to go off and killing so many?

Can the U.S, trust the loyalty of illegal foreign aliens? Would we be training illegal aliens who will in the future backfire on us? How can US have reliable and loyal Servicemen and women when they are all not US citizens?

And if the price of gas/diesel went up to let's say $10 (or higher) a gallon would they have enough money in their budget to wage war in Iraq/Afghanistan?

I know the US has strategic reserves but if the price of gas went that high would Congress have to pick between using it for the war & using it home?

I am thinking about going back to the military. I used to be in the U.S. Navy as an enlisted person. I got my bachelors and currently doing my master's degree. I am thinking about going back to the military as an Air Force officer.

Is there a site where I could talk to enlisted and officer people currently in the air force. I just want some questions answered about the process and the life that only a person currently in could answer.
