Should we have An all out attack on clerics which is needed to prevent the spread of terrorism .
We should target Mosques and religious schools who are educating the next generation of terrorists and feeding the current generation with support for their actions .
Seems these religious sites are used as meeting places for terrorist groups and spawn new groups incited by the leaders of the church .

When terrorists organizations like Hamas & Hezbollah can gain great influence or take over a national Govt. by legally getting voted in through democracy, is an aggressive approach of promoting democracy in the Mideast (such as the US is doing) such a good idea?

Who's to say that Iraq won't vote in a radical anti-US Govt. if/when the US leaves Iraq?

We bomb, they bomb...we kill , they kill....the USA keeps trying to police the world.....they get smacked. 9/11 was just another sad event in a war that never ends.

the USA is a sad little nation...ugly and dangerous

If it were up to you, which would you choose?

1) Everyone can go barechested. as long as they are not engaging in lewd behavior or doing it for money. (New York has this rule.) If men can go shirtless, it's unfair to prohibit women from doing the same thing.

2) No one can expose mammary glands in public (with an exception for breastfeeding). It's nature, not the law, that makes men and women different.

3) Las requiring clothing in public should be repealed. It's a religious rule (remember Adam nd Eve?) and it does not hurt anyone else if someone doesn't wear clothes. Apply any public health concerns evenly to the clothed and unclothed.

Also, if law 1 is chosen and an employer allows BOTH men and women to go topless at work, can someone sue, saying the employer has created a "hostile work environment" and is therefore engaged in sexual discrimination/harrassment?

Here is the deal, I have already put in my 2 weeks notice this is my last week. My boss was out all last week, due to family problems, and just yesterday, the boss came in just to say hi and bye. And said by the way, your supervisor got in a car accident and is in the icu. Should I feel bad for quitting , feel like I am leaving them hanging short handed. Life is so unexpected....

I'm aware that Israeli arabs get to vote and have representatives in the israeli parliament but Israel is a Jewish state so the Arabs cannot be on par with the Jews.

In as much detail as you wish, could you explain the precise political and constitutional relationship between the Arabs and the Jews in Israel (ie, not Gaza or the West Bank)?

I ordered my father a nice watch for father's day from an ebay seller and imagine his face when he opened the package and there were freaky sexual toys there! How can I explain this to him?

Not only this, but I would like to use them since I paid for them. Is it ethical to see if they are any good and then send them back if not since it was not what I ordered ??

By some estimates there are as many as 10,000 illegals coming into the U.S. every day. So if the federal and state governments can't keep them out... then it's not very likely that they're keeping terrorists out either... is it?

If a person has only one citizenship and decides to give it up, then what happens? I guess the person is deported to another country. But which one? How do they decide this?

For example, if a Frenchman speaks both English and French and has only French citizenship and decides to renounce his citizenship, then is he deported to England or what? Does he get English citizenship? ;-)

I support my husband's career and have been very supportive during all of his past deployments. However, since his last tour, I have been diagnosed with a very serious illness that will require me to have frequent treatments to sustain my life. Not only are these treatments time consuming, but they also carry many risks. I am afraid of him being so far away and worrying about me-which increases danger. Also, fear the scenario of our son being alone if something happens to me...until they can get him home.Any info would be helpful.

A minor age 14, was approached by California law enforcement for questioning. Teen request that his mom be present. Both officers refused. He was told if he didn't answer without a parent he would be arrested and placed in juvenile hall through the weekend. We questioned one officer about what we witnessed. He told us that they didn't have to allow a parent to be present, only a lawyer if the child requested it. We insisted that it wasn't right and was told to produce the code and they would change their tactics.
As a parent, my concern is that the minor may not understand the miranda and its consequences. I know my own children are quite niave and probablly wouldn't know when to ask for a lawyer. You want them to cooperate but at the same time protect their rights. Thank you

Deport all illegal immigrants immediately including any offspring that they conceived while here illegally. If one parent was a legal citizen then they may appeal the deportation of the child if they can prove a means of support. Close all borders......then allow entry only to those sponsored by a US citizen that can prove that they will have employment and a place to stay with total support none of which will be taxpayer funded. All admitted would additionally have to pass all exams and screenings. For those that had been here without paying taxes a requirement to pay in full the amount owed within a certain time frame with no unreasonable penalties. If the deportees had established ownership of a business illegally during their "visit" then that business would be placed in the hands of a mediator whom could either sell it to pay debts owed or negotiate a means of operating it as an absentee owner until re-entry has been approved.

My Grandparents were immigrants....they came here legally by sponsorship of my Grandfathers oldest brother, They lived with him and his family until they established themselves and found their own home were gainfully employed, he was a glass blower and she was a seamstress, paid taxes, supported themselves and family completely without any social programs, lived by the law of the land and helped to bring other relatives over as they could. This is how America was built and it is the way it should remain! All this was done in accordance with the laws with proper documentation, communications and applications to the U.S. authorities. We are now working on five generations inclusive of Doctors, Lawyers, Accountants, Teachers, Business Owners and Students.
