Our neighbour has complained a week later after painting the fence that we have got paint on her car. When checking there are 4 tiny dots of paint round a dent, she is saying the whole panel might have to be re-done. However we have heard she is a known pain in the backside and is also trying to sell the car. Her husband has been to jail for car ringing and I think she may have sprayed paint on it herself to try and get money out of us. We have only been in out new house 6 months. Our other neighbour ex police said she used to worry the old lady who used to live in our house quite often with demands. She has no proof we have done it and I'm really not sure we did. What rights do we have? She says she is going to send the bill round from BMW.

My father died September 17 or 18 of 2003 when i was just 14. I am now 18 and i feel that i wasnt told the entire truth. The case was closed as an "accident" but how could someone who is found on a roof of a building with severe head damage be an accident. (supposedly fell from one roof to the other and this was not where he lived either) I being his daugther was never even called to be questioned at ALL which i find strange, what kind of death investigation is that? I don't believe it and i just want some facts. What do i do, go to a precinct? i dont know where to go to find out. HELP please! really appreciate any info.

In India prominent NGOs n Human Rights Commission do not fight for justice for the people of India but are pro Grovernment , is'nt it strange ! We are a Democratice country i.e rule by the people , for the the people and of the people and these institutions are made to help the mankind but they help the unjustice . Dose it happen in other countries too ? May be Yes ! we have seen volation of Human Rights currently during the Iraq War and no one could do anything against US to avoid the situation - why can't we have a stronger and independent ORGANISATION really working for the benefit of the mankind ? Can we have people joing this movement for betterment of human beings at all levels ?

Women cross the border to deliver. Then their children become US citizens. That puts the US in the awkward position of potentially deporting an illegal mother without her US child. Why is no one addressing this problem? What is up with that?
