how about telling congress to stop playing politics with the war, give the troops what they need and quit tieing their hands because it wins a few points with the far left?
I know why doesn't every one who wants to stop the war immediately stop and sit down in the middle of the sidewalk... make it mildly inconvenient for people who are walking by. because honestly that would make a bigger impact.
Ideology is great and all, but if you actually want to accomplish something you have to do something that has a recordable and noticeable end result.
want to have a sit in? great... but it does nothing.
Want people not to drive? great, but they are still going to do it anyhow. I know I am.

what the hell is a few people stopping there cars going to do to stop the war. why doesnt everyone that wants to do this stop there car in front of a recruiters office and do something to really help stop the war.

It's a great idea. Also, if we could get people to stop buying gasoline at the pumps for one day, we could get the oil prices to plummet! Or, stop buying insanely expensive automobiles, or stop any number of objectionable pricing of any large commodity. Also, if we as a People, would join forces on the issues regarding our leader(s) we could put a stop to bad leadership, as well!
