In India ! why various NGOs n Human Rights commission offices do not fight for justice for people ?

In India prominent NGOs n Human Rights Commission do not fight for justice for the people of India but are pro Grovernment , is'nt it strange ! We are a Democratice country i.e rule by the people , for the the people and of the people and these institutions are made to help the mankind but they help the unjustice . Dose it happen in other countries too ? May be Yes ! we have seen volation of Human Rights currently during the Iraq War and no one could do anything against US to avoid the situation - why can't we have a stronger and independent ORGANISATION really working for the benefit of the mankind ? Can we have people joing this movement for betterment of human beings at all levels ?

You are too stupid or idealistic .

1. Most of the NGO's i.i. 999 out of 1000 are run by ex-crooks / ex-politicians or their cronies and in this business for money laundering or profiteering .

2. Their masters send them money and they launder in legitimate business and monitor through the govt where they have the say also .

3. Who cares for the normal man on the street .......... democracy is something which is a burden on normal human being and he can only pull the yoke ......

Do not waste time ...... go for the money in NGO and if you can do something good on the way ... it is only money in the begining ........money in the middle and money at the end of the system

What you say is not entirely true. Take the Best Bakery case for example; if any justice was achieved, it is entirely the credit of the NGO's who pursued the matter and got the case transferred out of Gujarat. Javed Akhthar and his NGO have also filed a PIL recently about the fake encounters in Gujarat. It is not enough merely to approach an NGO for help. These matters require lobbying and constant follow up. People like yourself who are concerned and willing, should get together with other like minded people and follow matters up with NGO's. Even by lobbying the press, satisfactory results can be achieved as in the case of Jessica Lal and Priyadarshini Mattoo. When the press keeps instances of injustice in the news, it forces the authorities to at least show that they are taking action. Eg. the recent BMW case, Nitish Katara murder, Amitabh Bachchan land fraud etc. You can also directly write stating the facts of an injustice, to the High Court or Supreme Court, and if they are convinced they may take suo moto action eg. Rubabuddins letter to the SC - Gujarat fake encounters case. There is nothing to lose by trying these methods.

Corruption is the root cause of all evil in Indian society. Most NGOs and Human rights are fully corrupt and run by ex-politicians or corrupt bureaucrats, and cater to the needs of the corrupt and the powers and the rich and influential. They do nothing for the common man, who has to fend for himself. However, they are a few NGOs who are not corrupt, but they are not powerful enough to help the common man

NGOs do not expect that the government will properly act on the human rights violations because they view the justice system will not work in the right direction. In compliance with the principle, " if you cannot defeat them, join them".

It is because of the NGO's and HRC's some unwanted incidents are not taking place.Most of the injustice is done by whom? it is by the power built people.That cannot be questioned by the NGO's can be questioned by HRC.Why at all there is injustice ,the people should be punished immediately to some extent.

To fight for Justice or Truth , one should have the courage and good will even to face death .Every one wants to Live. None of them wants to die ( for others).Of course there are some (Unregistered ) social workers who even literally die/died while fighting against evil.

Here ,some NGOs, instead of fighting against the oppressors ,
just join hands ( secretly ) with the oppressors and remain calm without fighting for the oppressed ones.

In Ooty and Kodaikanal areas ,big land owners collapse down the huts of the poor people and drive away them to the forest areas where they have to live like animals with the wild beings facing all risks and dangers.

The local Tribal leaders approach the NGOs for help and a piece of land also for them to live in. The Government also is ready to make some arrangement for their safe settlements. But the NGOs get some thing from the rich land owners and just remain a hurdle for the movements of the tribals.
Outwardly they appear to be social workers ,but actually they are the real hurdles for the growth of the poor Tribals .

On the other hand , on the plains there are some NGOs. They just threaten people ( rich or poor) for violating certain rules .They threaten them with Public Interest Litigations also . When they are given some amout ,they just remain calm.Some people do it as a proffession ( in the name of Social work.)

Every one begins such Voluntary Organisations, of course with a great tendency to serve the suffering humanity . All were interested and enthusisatic like you.But situations change when they have to face so many problems including financial difficulties and threats for life even. All are not Buddha ,Gandhi or Jesus.
Only Great souls can Sacrifice their lives for the betterment of others.

In a District, a Brahmin is the District AdiDravida Wefare Officer. Can he serve with great concern for the Adi Dravidas as a real AdiDravida Officer can do. A Brahmin doesn't know the depth and width of the Adi Dravidas' problems and difficulties.

More than for the past 5000 years the Brahmins just keep themselves totally aloof from mingling with other peoples.They have never even seen how the so-called Slums look like . They have never walked in to a slum and witnessed and experienced personally the sufferings and difficulties of the Slum-dwellers.Then how can a Brahmin Disrict Adi Dravida Welfare Officer serve Fully and Properly for the Adi Drvidas .

Again ,come to Human Rights:-

The Service of the Human Rights Commission is needed for the oppressed people or the Oppressed Community.The majority of the office bearers or Officers there should be from the Oppressed community . Is it so in The Human Rights Commission.Which Organisation fights for the Rights of the Oppressed ones , should have the majority of its office bearers from the oppressed community.

Now a days every upper caste man is highly irritated towards the Scheduled Caste Reservations. The dalits have been discreminated ,suppressed ,oppressed ,humiliated and exploited for past more than 5000 years .

Is there any one from the upper caste who wants to become or to be called a dalit?. They upper caste people consider them inferior even to the human waste.The Brahmins even touch the human waste daily ,but are not ready to touch a dalit.Are the Dalits too not human beings?. Was not the great leader and Scholar Dr. Ambedkar a Dalit?. In what respect are they inferior to the Brhmins?.

The dalits have been iltreated and explioted in the most inhuman manner more than for the past 5000 years ( that too in their own soil).

Now the Government considers it her duty and Dharma to take steps for the upliftment of the oppressed Dalits. It is always the government's duty to lift up the down trodden.Who asked the Brahmins to Oppress the dalits for the past 5000 years?.

What did we do when the Britishers tried to oppress us?. Didn't we drive them away?. Where will the Brahmins run if all the dalits start driving the Brahmin Oppressors from their land. Will they all go to America as some of them have already gone?.
Let us pass a Bill and permit Brahmins to embrace the dalit Community and get all benefits and reservations the Dalits enjoy. Are they ready to become dalits and declare themselves openly that they have joined the dalit communty and have become dalits?.The very idea they hate the most.

The S.C Reservation should continue as a Bunus for the inhuman Oppression the Dalits have been undergoing for the past 5000 years.That is Justice and Dharma.

Even the brilliant Dalit students are highly discriminated even in the India's Top Level Educational Institutions.

What a shameful thing!.Brahmins must correct themselves. There is nothing to be corrected with regard to the Indian Government or with the oppressed dalits.The Britishers oppressed us nearly for some 200 years. We couldn't tolerate it . tThen what about a 5000 years of inhuman oppressoin. Is there any such history anywhere on earth?...... It can never be at all...

Many people think that they fought for India's Freedom and the dalits didn't play a major role in it. Was it so..?! The freedom fighters needed life in their body to Fight . The dalits produced food for all ( even today ). How will our soldiers stand even today on our national borders if the dalits don't produce food for all?.

Many are specialised in computers. Of course it is good. But who are specialised in changing the soil in to eatables and tasty Food. Only God. Yes God does this miracle through the dalits .Instead of worshipping gods , one can better humble himself before the dalits who are the visible gods who enable us live.

The Brahmins' dealing with the dalits are totally unfair , inhuman , unscientific and unreasonable.

In all the NGOs and Organisations like Human rights Commisions , the Oppressed people must be present majority in number. Then only works will be done sincerely and fastly.
Can any wild jackal or a fox shed tears while a sheep is drenching in a heavy rain?. Never. [ It is refered in a tamil cinema song also]. Likewise are the upperclass people for the wefare of the lower classs dalits.

Every one speaks angry of the S.C Reservation.
But let me ask a question.
Where are the dalits now in the government offices?.

Only in the Municipality and in the Ccorpotation works ( that too in the posting as scavengers ) there quota is filled properly.

Let the Government of India take a thorough statics and declare openly how many percentage of S.C candidates are serving in all Fields under the government.
Where are the S.Cs in the goverment offices and Institutions?. If so how many percentage?

Shall we start the statics fom the Banks?

The Brahmins are fooling the dalits and the Government is just remaining ignorant of it and also indiffernt towards it.

Because the dalits are nowhere in the Government.
If at all any , they were / are just rubber stamps.
They are not permanent too.
The upper groups only remain holding the power permanently and strongly.

In the name of Democratic Freedom, the Ggovernment should not continue to allow the Brahmins to come against the dalits in any way. It should be considered an Attempt for Oppression and be dealt with severely.

To remain a hindrance to carry out the Government's duties is a Punishable Crime . The Brahmins should be warned of this.

In Our national Pledge daily we confess :

India is my country,
All Indians are my brothers and sisters....

Why do the Brahmins lie like this daily ( standing under our national flag.?)
Do they really consider people of other communities also ( especially the dalits ) to be their own brothers and sisters?.
What a shame to stand below the national Flag and to tell a pukka lie...!

This is not an attempt to pour out my personal bias towards the Brahmins or towards anybody of the upper caste. Never.
I lLve them all . But I have taken this as a privilege to speak the Truth.

I am not against the Brahmins and I am not For the S.Cs also. Because I am not myself an S.C. I am just speaking the Truth only.

People who are biased towards the poor and the down trodden people will never be suitable for any type of N.G.O services.

As such peole only dominating in almost all the N.G.Os, dear Madam you have happened to ask this question.

Though not the best answer I do hope this makes you understand some thing with regard to the N.G.O services.

I never condemn all the N.G.Os totally .
Ther are N.G.Os which do their service according to their abilty ,capacity and financial strength.

Many people start N.G.Os with a motif for money ,employment , rich life and a good position in society.

But I do really honour and humble myself befor the N.G.Os and Organisations which render a very sacrificial service to the betterment of the suferring humanity. It is purely God Who is working through them.

With reference to US' violation towards Iraq, it is just a fun and play of many nations.
Many nations cheated Iraq with their Pseudo Love an friendship.
Some nations pretended to be Iraq's friends ,But in their heart of heart they wished the down-fall of Iraq .

In Ramayana we read how a small squirrel also stood in suppot of Shri Rama when he was in trouble.Yes ,the squirrel too extended its support to build the bridge so that Shrimadhi Sita would be brought back safe.

Iraq's Friendly nations didn't have the sympathy and knowledge of even the squirrel.

More over many nations remained just cowardish or selfish to raise their voice against the US.

Thes are some tasty things behind your meaningful question Madam.
