when America has been mostly white for over 200 years, all of those immigrants assimilated into American society and learned English, a majority Asians have assimilated and learned English, along with many other ethnic groups...but when it comes to Latinos we should make an exception to the rule...

In Cairo, on February 24 2001, Powell said: "He (Saddam Hussein) has not developed any significant capability with respect to weapons of mass destruction. He is unable to project conventional power against his neighbors."

Powell went onto to say; "build his military back up or to develop weapons of mass destruction" for "the last 10 years". America, he said, had been successful in keeping him "in a box".

Condolezza Rice:
Saddam does not control the northern part of the country," she said. "We are able to keep his arms from him. His military forces have not been rebuilt."

Why did they both agree that Iraq was no threat when they first took office? Is it because they didn't get their instructions from Bush this early in their terms regarding how to deal with this question (which means blow the threat level way out of proportion so he could have an excuse to start a war?)

"And if you punish, you shall inflict an equivalent punishment. But if you resort to patience (instead of revenge), it would be better for the patient ones." (16:26)

"...anyone who kills any person who had not committed murder or horrendous crimes, it shall be as if he killed all the people. And anyone who spares a life, it shall be as if he spared the lives of all the people..." (5:32)

"Exempt those who join a people with whom you have concluded a peace treaty, and those who come to you with hearts unwilling to fight you, nor to fight their relatives. Had God willed, he could have placed them in power over you and they would have made war on you. Therefore, if they leave you alone, refrain from fighting you, and offer you peace, then God gives you no way to go against them." (4:90)

"Fight in the cause of Allah against those who fight against you, but do not transgress limits. Lo! Allah loves not aggressors. ...And fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is for Allah. But if they desist, then let there be no hostility except against transgressors." (2:190, 193)

Kill them whenever you confront them and drive them out from where they drove you out. (For though killing is sinful) wrongful persecution is even worse than killing. Do not fight against them near the Holy Mosque unless they fight against you; but if they fight against you kill them, for that is the reward of such unbelievers. 2:191

Briefly, my stepfather died and my sister cleared his bungalow and handed it back to the council. She did not inform my brother or myself and will not give us any details of his insurance policies or bank details. My brother and I were legally adopted by him and therefore have legal rights to his estate. She thinks that because she is his genetic nok that we have no entitlement and flatly refuses to tell us anything. Can anyone give me any advice please.
Many thanks

The USA is 1 trillion in debt with the CPC.
But China doesn't have one major corporation Forbes' 'top 100' corps. The US gov't is war profiteering...while China is developing their economy at an unprecemndented rate, employing hundreds of millions through US corps, has risen 400 million out of poverty since 1980 (largely thanks to the downsizing/outsourcing of American co's to Asia)
Those are my thoughts. What are yours.
Intelligent responses only please.
xie xie.

1. Why didn't he push Bush re a plan for the peace? I'm sure if he had refused to support the war without a firm plan, Bush would have caved.

2. Why did he have to rush into war and not allow Hans Blix to finish inspection?

3. Why did he misrepresent intelligence information? Remember Robin Cook, cabinet member and FOREIGN SECRETARY UNTIL 2001, resigned and said Iraq had no WMDs. This misrepresentation has been confirmed by MOD officials and others.

The only explanation is that his true motivation was to be close to Bush and a star in the US

Politians are always lieing thay may call it spin or any other name but the truth is they lie.Why is this exceptible and even considered normal in a mordern democracy.I belive if a politiam has deliberitly lied or exagerated to gain a political advantage they should be charged with a offence aginst the people and have to stand in a court of law.I know this might sound a bit hard but where else in society would you put up with such deciet?Could you imagine if a painter came to paint your house and only painted half of it and when asked why he had not carried out the works refused to answer the question.I belive they should be made more accountable with stiff sentences for those found lieing to the people no matter how small its a culture we need to iradicate.

...if ever, police are allowed to use their firearms against a fleeing suspect. Presume the suspect is actively fleeing, back turned to the officer(s). Is there ever a circumstance in which firing upon a fleeing suspect is permitted? Please only answer if you KNOW, not if you THINK, ASSUME, etc... thanks!
