With so much news involving shooting/ gun crimes and school shooting like Columbine High School and Virginia Tech University, it makes me wonder, is it really easy for anyone in America to get any gun legally/illegally? What about assault rifles and machine guns, can stricter gun laws help gun violence?

UNITED NATIONS, June 16 — The search for Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction appears close to an official conclusion, several years after their absence became a foregone one.

The United States and Britain have circulated a new proposal to the members of the United Nations Security Council to “terminate immediately the mandates” of the weapons inspectors. Staff meetings on the latest proposal have already taken place, and officials say that the permanent Council members, each of whom has veto power, seem ready to let the inspection group — the United Nations Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission — meet its end.

I'm asking a question but also giving my opinion. I'm not singling out any country's people who are in the USA il-legally. I've heard the same stupid excuse in government, on the news, that employers commonly hire il-legals to work, because they do jobs that most Americans won't. That is a lie from the beginning! I'll plant trees, dig ditches, wash dishes, bus tables, work in a factory, be a janitor, do anything. The problem is what il-legals get paid (often under the table) is WORTH more to them. For a USA citizen to take the same pay, we usually pay around 35 to 45% in deductions to federal, state, local, medicare, social. The il-legaly hired don't pay this. This in turn, causes USA citizen's cost of living to become un-affordible. I also read yesteday in fact, that the average America work makes an average $43,000 per year. Give me a break. When I made $8 an hour in a year it was barly $10,000. So, to equal $43K per year means the average worker makes like $28 per hour? Stats lie!

If you hire an illegal you can be fined by INS. If you refuse to hire them you can be sued by EEOC for racial discrimination.
On October 26, 1999 in the Chicago Tribue, EEOC head Ida L. Castro declared that the EEOC would begin enforcing Affirmative Action protection on behalf of undocumented workers. So the government is handing out fines for hiring illegals while making it impossible to afford to not hire them. The companies can lose more money for racial discrimination lawsuits brought by a government agency for an illegal that they refused to hire, than a fine for an illegal they did hire. Does this make sense?

How could we win the war without the use of nuclear weapons? I think we would lose miserably. I should start taking classes in Chinese to welcome our soon to be masters.
