In order to get waivers to enlist in the Army, can I get my class "C" convictions brought down to Class "B" convictions??

Isn't class B a higher offense than class C, unless you're going from C Felony to B Misdemeanor.

Often times a letter of recommendation from your probation officer and the judge who presided over your trial will help you get in to the service.

warning: you cannot do this for the sole purpose of enlisting. the Military can and will refuse to grant a waiver in this case.

and even if the Judge reduces it, there is no guarentee that the military won't still classify it as a Felony.

you will have to speak with a judge. they typically will do it if you are holding a letter from a recruiter.
