Hello All
I subscribed a mobile connection from Reliance Smart Card(Life time). After some month of connection, companies minimising talk value for the Life time Members very frequently.

When I was subscribed .... Their were topup recharge of Rs.50, Rs.60,Rs.100 etc. and talk time was after deduction of Service Charge(12%)

After couples of months company close these recharge coupons. and issued card with Rs.110, Rs.200, Rs.300.
Instead of this they decrease talktime value from 60% on the name of 12% tax and Administrator charge.
Rs.110=Rs.60 Talk time
Rs.200=Rs.110 Talk time
Rs.300=Rs.225 Talk time

Now they again decrease the talk time value from Rs.60 to Rs.40 from Rs.110 recharge coupons.

I feared that al last their will be only administrative charge not Talk time value.
** I can not change this number becuase I have distributed this on a wide area and will suffere in huge loss if change.

I want to fill a case in Consumer Forum of India If it applicable.

tks

Do you think we'll have our first black president (B. Obama) or first female president (H. Clinton)? I think there's a 95% possibility we'll see one of 'em in '08.

This weekend when I presented my NY state id, ss card, birth certificate and expired passport in order to obtain a new passport I was told that NY state ID cards were not vaild, and that only NY drivers licenses were valid. So to get a passport I had to also produce a credit card, an insurance card AND, have someone who has known me for over 2 years (with vaild US id of course) come to the passport agency and sign an affadavit in front of the passport agent saying I was who I said I was!!! This seems crazy!! Why doesn't a New York State ID carry the same "value" as a drivers license? I certainly had to produce just as much documentation to get the NY ID as I would have to get a drivers license (which I previosly had in PA but has since expired).

I've noticed that when conservative disagree with homosexuals then libs come back with something like "you must be a closet homosexual".

Well, if there is nothing wrong being gay then why do they use it like an insult in their retort.

Tony Blair had no proper mandate for war the UN were originally opposed to the war. Yet , they were bullied into it by the USA and to top it off Kofi Annan was falsly accused of an Oil for Food scam (This trying to discredit his claims against the US). It seems to me leaders of powerful countries abide by no laws. Has any British Prime Minister or American Presedent ever been put on trial?

I am not sure exactly when the war/liberation of Iraq became an invasion, but it scares me to think of how such a play on words can affect the emotions of the people. .

Someone asked a question about Clinton and adultery here, and it reminded me of something.

Paula Jones' attorneys were allowed to ask Bill Clinton about sexual ralationships (consensual or non-conselsual) with employees and interns because federal law - I believe one Clinton himself signed - allowed it. Specifically, the law allows a plaintiff in a sexual harrasment case to introduce evidence of a pattern of "sex for favors" or harrasment, or something of that nature. I recall that Clinton was apparently helpful in getting Monica Lewinsky a job offer at Revlon, and one might argue that such an offer would not have been extended but for the "special relationship" between her and Clinton.

So, should the law be changed? Should the Democrats, now that they are back in power, do it, if they feel Clinton was treated unfairly?

Ancient history, yes, but this is the first time they are back in control.

What say you?

I am not talking about changing criteria or anything else, but if you had a candidate for a job or school who was equal in every way to another student, do you think it is OK to use gender or race as the determining factor? Why or why not?

As the smoking ban in the work place thing is coming into force, i was wondering about the places i have to work in. I service and repair boilers and have to go into peoples homes, now as i see it , if i am working there then does that make the area where i am working a place covered under the new law. Some of the places i come out of i come out smelling like an ashtray, well nasty.

From the Middle Earth Journal Online Pamphleteers

The battle over the Immigration Bill continues. It is seen as a war of us against them. Many in the Republican base think the 'them' are the hoards of brown skinned men, women and children form Central America - they are wrong. The 'us' is the American middle class and the 'them' are the feudal corporate overlords who wish to destroy the American middle class. Now they have shipped nearly every job they can off to third world countries to avoid paying a decent wage and to escape those inconvenient safety laws. There are some jobs that just can't be outsourced like the ones at the Del Monte plant in North Portland that was raided last week. Nine out of ten of the workers supplied to Del Monte by American Staffing Resources was illegal. I for one cannot believe that Del Monte management was not aware of this but they are the 'real' criminals here but will go unpunished. The Del Monte raid gives us even more insight as to why corporations are willing to hire illegals - working conditions and worker safety. more http://ronbeas2.blogspot.com/

According to the Labour Party 'Chief Whip' all Labour M.P.'s are expected to donate £80.00 each in order to provide :- 'Tony Bliar' & 'I-ate-all-the-Pies Prescott' with a commemorative gift upon their leaving their current political positions at the end of June 2007.

As their Expense Claims are not subject to public scrutiny; do you think it is very likely or very unlikely that some of these M.P.'s will attempt to claim back this money by falsifying their Expense Claims; ??
Please state the reasons for your answer:
