I'm joining the British Army and would like some experienced opinions of Army life (British preferable). I'm joining the REME and would like an opinion from someone who is not biased like the recruiters and can tell me the pros and cons. Thanks alot! x x x

Military service is admirable, and you won't regret it. Best of luck to you.
Don't take any advice from the jokers on here who never served.

ok, in the direction of the later solutions we seem to have some sane human beings. wellness happy with killing is on no account a call for for the armed forces...that is like karate, you learn the talents in hopes which you will in no way want them. of course no longer all military jobs are wrestle positions. Head over to the recruiter and he/she will instruct you a catalogue of jobs which you would be able to choose. %. some thing which you particularly need to do, do no longer settle for what they advise, make your very own decision. suited now the worldwide economic device is particularly awful, so this extremely is an option. i'm uncertain of all the advantages that the Royal military has, yet i'm constructive which you would be waiting to get some great ones as quickly because it sluggish is up, or perhaps you will make a occupation of it. however you opt for, good luck to you.

I say well done! i'm joing the royal engineers or royal medical corps and i might be attending Welbeck defence sixth form college and sandhurst to be an officer.
Pros: great pay - great holidays - amazing opportunities - respect - the chance to enjoy the best experiences of your life - great medical benefits
Cons: errrrrr death or injury (but for an engineer unless your on the front line i doubt) - if sent overseas, long periods away from your family, but to me thats a pro.
i think the pros out way the cons which is why i'm joing the british army.

as long as you join as an officer because what the corps dont need is a girly who cant hump weight, engineering is for robust men who can go on til they fall from exhaustion you will work with gods finest men never mock them but always learn from them.
